The apartment was very cozy, big and clean. It has a dishwasher and a washing machine, which make it easy to be more independent as a tourist and not to pack too many clothes or rely on restaurants. Its central position in the city is perfect for tourists who want to explore the core of Palermo. Despite being big, cozy and clean there were some aspects that didnt work. Despite having a kitchen there were no pans that work with an induction stove. After we said that to the administration a technician came and brought plates. Also we were given a broken key at the beginning for the outer door and the technician had that to bring as well. Also you would have needed a key to dispose the garbage. Akey that we never received, despite asking. All in all, the appartmant is good and the administration was helpful, but you also needed their help because some things were not working.

We don't have a breakfast in Price. Apartment exceeded over expectations, first a position in center of Palermo, really charming interior, with plenty of old furniture, paintings, real enjoying to see all inner design with a sense for nice. WE really enjoy over stay, and if I in any case come again to Palermo I book this property again. So it is not overrated a listing on Booking with headlines CHARMING APARTMENT IN CITY CENTRE. That was a brilliant chose.

“Useless hosts managing amazing apartment”

The design of the apartment is amazing. The architect and the interior designer should be proud of what they achieved by dividing one palatial room into different sections suitable for modern travellers. Access to the apartment is easy, with the lift in the building and all the places of interest are in close proximity.

Apartment is stunning and the perfect size for 4 people. Air condition was absolutely essential and did the job, which made it a more comfortable experience. Facilities were fantastic. Location is great.

“Excellent apartment but......”

The apartment was excellent. The location was only a 5 min walk from the heart of the old city, however.. Dispite being so close to the centre, this end of Via Maqueda was plagued by unsavoury groups of young men, making the immediate area feel unsafe late at night. A local shop keeper warned us to be careful at night as the area was prone to petty crime. Also the aforementioned groups were a nuisance ALL through the night with loud noise and breaking glass. There were no bars or clubs in the immediate area but groups of youths gathered on nearby corners. As a result we had little sleep any night of our stay.

Spacious accommodation. Immaculately clean and spacious. Generous sanitary provision. Very well located on a busy, mostly pedestrianised, street and convenient for the railway station. Excellent communication. Recommended.
