“A great place for a short stay in Palermo”

We loved our stay here. The room was a really good size, very clean with comfortable beds, and all the facilities we needed. The remote check-in process and access to the building were seamless, and we had no issues. The information provided by the host on how to use all the facilities, such as air conditioning and a safe deposit box, was very useful. Location was excellent, being right in the heart of the historic centre, with easy access to bars, restaurants, and points of interest. The room was also quiet for sleeping.

Perfect stay in Palermo. The location is excellent — right downstairs is a lively food street with many great restaurants and cafés, making it very convenient to explore the city and local cuisine. At the same time, the apartment itself is surprisingly quiet, so we slept very well at night.

The location is amazing, apartment is stunning, it was a really lovely stay! Close to everything, central location and easy access, two bathrooms, beautiful ceiling, would go again :)

Very responsive owner (quick answers via Booking.com messages and WhatsApp). We had all the pre-arrival information we needed. Some queries we had after arrival were very quickly responded to as well. The location was busy (pedestrian area in Via Maqueda), and relatively loud from people traffic until 1 AM, but did not bother us. The location is very convenient for the old city centre.

Perfect location, everything you need in the middle of the city our two toddlers settled in instantly esp arriving after midnight it was so handy that it was all set up and easy to gain entry

“Superb apartment in a historical location”

Perfect location for exploring the historical centre of Palermo , everything is 10 -15 min walk max . Via Marqueda offers a lot of options for food , drinks and whatever one might want. We had the Chiara apartment and it was superb , spacious, immaculately clean , everything in working order . A historic house with all the modern necessities. Shower was amazing , pressure and all , complimentary kit available and came in handy . Comfortable bed and the proximity to a busy street was no trouble at all . We haven't tried the kitchen appliances apart of the kettle but there's plenty available if one chooses . Communication with the host was easy , friendly , available to answer any queries .Loved it !

It was a pleasant stay! Domenico is a wonderful host, who helped us with every simple concern or enquiry. We felt like at home :) The apartment was very clean, fresh, spacious, modern and what is crucial, VERY WELL EQUIPPED - you can find there everything you need for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the charming balconies, beautiful decorations and well-kept interiors. The location is also amazing as the apartments are located on the one of main city centre streets with a lot of restaurants, pubs and shops, close to many attractions. We were 100% satisfied and wilk come back again to these apartments when we visit Palermo. That was definetely the greatest apartment we ever rented in Sicily. PS. I also must mention that Domenico helped me privately when I left my medicines in the apartment after we checked out and he organised the transport to our next stop in Trapani, so I saved a lot of stress and additional money. He deserves a medal for being such an emphatetic and kind man. Thank you once again for your support :)

Located in the heart of the city. Everything at walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean. Very smooth check-in process.

Lactation is perfect, the apartment is very well equipped, nice and cozy. Communication with the host was perfect. I love the detail of the old roof.

Location is perfect, walking distance to most of the attractions. Clear instruction for self-check in system before arriving. Space is comfortable for 4pax. And quick respond by the satff at all times.

“High-standard apartment in a very animated area”

The apartment was spacious, modern, and very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with complementary coffee and tea. I found the table in the main room very stylish. The bathroom was also convenient, although not very large. The host provided a large number of towels, which was really nice. The double bed was also comfortable. The access to the apartment is controlled by 3 locked doors that could be unlocked electronically. So there was no safety issue. This also made the check-in quite easy. Corresponding with the host was fluent. The apartment is located in the very center of Palermo, which makes all the touristic attractions easily accessible by walking.

The location was right int he centre of the action. The facilities were excellent my sons particularly enjoyed the provision of ALexa ! . overall a great property which i would highly recommend.

The landlord patiently answered all my questions. We checked in at night due to a flight delay. The room was exceptionally well-designed with a strong artistic vibe, featuring local-themed artwork. The landlord even thoughtfully prepared coffee and wine. ‌The location was absolutely fantastic‌ – just a 3-minute walk to Piazza Quattro Canti, and countless dining options downstairs. An excellent stay overall.
