The location is excellent, close to the centre and main station out of the noisy area. The check-in and check out were super easy. The place was super comfortable and clean. The host was available and helpful.

The flat was clean, quite big with separate living room with kitchen and all the equipments. The coffee machine is also available. The bathroom is very big with the toiletries provided. The host was constantly available to assist us and is very friendly. It’s the walking distance from the center right in front of the botanical garden. We are happy with our stay here and we would like to come back.

The rooms very very big and had everything we needed. We also got the key very easyly. Franco was a very nice host, we had to alter our travel plans and had to leave one day sooner and he let us rebook for one day less without problem so we didnt have to pay for a night we were not there. Big thanks again.

The owner was always ready to help and it was easy to contact for checking in and out. The street is very calm and safe despite the first impression. There is botanical garden just in front as well as bus stop of the hop on hop off bus. We visited all Palermo by walking (about 13km each day). There is a stop of the bus 107 just in front of botanical garden - you can switch to 806 or 606 to get to Mondello Beach. And it's less then 15 min walking from the central train station. There are 2 cute places just near to take the breakfast or to taste some local dishes or ice-cream.
