Nice, simple, clean, comfortable, local products for buy, unfortunatelly we traveled light so we couldnt buy much. Coffee machine with fantastic coffee! Water in the fridge after arrival. One big room with double bed and one small bedroom. Location authentic - close to everywehere by foot.

“Great place for exploring city centre”

Great place for exploring city centre, everything is 10 to max 15 minutes walk from the apartment. We enjoyed our nice and queit time there, especially loved the blackout shutters for kids afternoon nap. It is a clean and safe place to stay in Palermo.

The position was brilliant, only a few minutes from the high street. The public car parking in the square was free, even there is a sign about payment , it's not working according to Francesco . the apartment was very clean, efficient and comfortable.

Absolutely beautiful fresh new decor. Doable-paned glass and tight shutters to keep out street noise at night. Very nice entry way through handsome small courtyard, sealed off with wrought iron security gate. Francesco has supplied topnotch appliances, cookware, utensils, glassware, etc. There are several USB ports built-in. The shower was remarkable with a variety of spray panels. Good closet spaces and hangers. Location was terrific - a stone’s throw from the main “happening” street of activity. Small market nearby for basics. Altogether, a great choice!

The apartment is super beautiful and the host was so helpful. He stayed up after 1 am to open the door for us and organized a taxi to the apartment. Thank you for everything!

Very comfortable place. Good kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, enough space for clothes. The kitchen has everything you need, we got welcome water and enough coffee for a few days. Area is active in the evenings, but windows are good isolated and protect you from noise

Newly renovated old two store town house located in prime area in the center of Palermo. The appartment was very well cleaned at the arrival. After a few difficulties, which can hardly be avoided with this kind of rentals, we were let into the appartment and got the instructions about how things worked. We did not see our host again before check-out. The property is within walking distance to most sights, and a the lively pedestrian streets Via Maqueda and Via Vittorio Emanuele. Crossing at Quattro Canti and Piazza Pretoria. The classic Mercato del Capo is just around the corner. As the appartment on the 1st floor is well equipped with most modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, it was good to have two good super markets are about a 25 minutes walk away, to opposite directions.

The accomodation was just amazing, everything was new and clean. The apartment was warm, even though it was March. Beds were comfortable and pillows were fantastic. The comunication with the owner was allright even though he didnt speak english. Location is perfect and the place is easy to find.

Location was great for reaching the main attractions of the city with lots of eateries around. Parking is a problem as there are many restricted car entry sections in this area. Well equipped apartment, very clean and modern and secure windows and gates.

Perfect location (within less than 5 minutes from the main street, via Maqueda), clean and well-furnished. Kind and friendly staff. The mattresses were really comfortable and the shower was fantastic! There was an AC unit in every room. There was everything necessary in the apartment, including a big bottle of water, some drinks, and plenty of coffee. There was even a washing machine and a dryer with a mono dose of washing detergent. It’s one of the best places we’ve ever stayed!
