The Apartment was absolutely lovely, it had exactly what we needed and our host Marcello was so friendly and lovely, he made sure that we had everything and gave us amazing recommendations for our time in Palermo. We had a perfect stay and will definitely stay here again if we return to Palermo!

Location, location, location as they say. We parked our rental then did not touch it again while we stayed in Palermo as all was within walking distance. Marcello was very friendly, available, and knowledgeable with his recommendations and even help figuring out the parking app we downloaded. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful apartment, the pictures on booking can’t really capture how nice it was ☺️ the location is amazing, located in a quiet street close to many restaurants, bars and a 24/7 supermarket as well as the major tourist attractions. Marcello was incredible helpful and friendly, I would definitely come again!

This apartment is absolutely magnificent and clean. A stunning kitchen with new appliances and a coffee machine. Excellent aircon which keeps the place cool. The bathroom is just amazing and brand new beautifullly renovated. Marcello the host is a true gentleman… he took good care of us and gave us excellent advice and some snacks on arrival. He even helped me with an early morning transfer to airport. I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Palermo.

We had a great stay! Marcello was incredibly kind and welcoming and he he gave us lots of helpful information when we arrived. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. Being on the first floor made it really convenient, especially with luggage, and we felt very safe and secure throughout our stay. The fridge was fully stocked, which was such a thoughtful touch. Would definitely recommend!

“Great host, comfortable apartment, great location”

Marcello is great host - there to welcome me and to be of help if I needed it. Apartment is as shown on the photos. It is clean, comfortable, and well equipped. I found the bed to be comfortable and, taking care, the stairway up and down was not a problem. Marcello had put a great amount of food in the fridge to start my stay so that I did not need to go out to the supermarket immediately - plus a bottle of wine. Good supermarket close by, as are cafes, bars and restaurants. In a good area of the city, with upmarket shops nearby. Easy to get into the city and train station with bus stops only a minute or so away - 101/102 for city. Also 104 for P. Independenza (for Palazzo Normanni & 389 bus to Monreale). Pleasant 15 - 20 min walk to main tourist area or take a bus part way and just have a 2 block walk to Quattro Canti. I really enjoyed meeting Marcello, staying at Casa Ricasoli 41, and being in Palermo

“Perfecto!”

Amazing place, a flat is in the city center (this area one of the best in Palermo). Flat was cozy and clean. We really liked the atmosphere, owner was very helpful and pleasant, provided insights, maps, recommendations (such as where to eat, what to visit and etc.). Fridge was full of food, on one table was waiting a cake, on the other - bottle of wine. Overall, I would highly recommend to stay here!

Our stay was perfect. We got advice what to see. The owner Marcello is very nice. We got very tasty chocolate cake. There were yougurts, milk, juices, fruits in the refrigerator.

We loved everything about Marcello’s place! The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious, and the apartment had everything we needed for a 3 night stay in Palermo. We instantly felt at home, not only because of how comfortable the apartment is, but also because Marcello was the most thoughtful and generous host we had while in Italy! Marcello went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and more! The location was perfect - an easy walk (or speedy scooter ride) to the historical city centre. Highly recommend this accomodation!!

Marcello is the best host ever. He was very helpful, kind and friendly. He recomended places to see as well as restaurants, coffe shops and confectioneries. We also got things to eat for breakfast like fruits, pastries, yogurts and many more. The flat is well equiped and very cozy as well in a very good district of Palermo.

“A fantastic stay in Sicily”

Marcello was one of the best hosts we had, nothing was ever a problem! He let us store our luggage before checking in so we could go explore Sicily, gave us a map and great sightseeing recommendations and helped with dinner reservations. The apartment was spacious, stylish, clean and quiet. The location is very central and convenient. We had everything we could possibly need for our stay with great amenities and Marcello had fully stocked the fridge with yogurts, fruit, juice, milk etc. He even had left a cake for us! We were in a pickle and needed some documents printed which he also helped with. His communication is friendly, quick and easy. I highly recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed!
