We stayed in a spacious and beautifully maintained apartment that was exceptionally clean and fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities included air conditioning, a large refrigerator with a built-in freezer, two stovetops for light cooking (though there is an abundance of nearby restaurants to choose from), a microwave (note: no conventional oven), a coffee machine, and a washing machine — which was particularly convenient for doing laundry during our trip. The apartment is ideally located close to the historic center of Palermo, yet set in a quiet and authentic local neighborhood, away from the noise. It takes no more than five minutes on foot to reach the old town, where most of the main tourist attractions are situated. If you wish to explore the more modern part of Palermo, home to stores ranging from Prada to Zara, it’s about a 30-minute walk — a pleasant stroll past beautiful buildings, charming cafés, and restaurants. Alternatively, public buses are easily accessible, with stops not far from the apartment. A short walk away, you’ll also find the lovely park at Palazzo dei Normanni, a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the good weather.

It was a spacious apartment and we were impressed with the cleaniness. The apartment has a beautiful view over a part of Palermo and the mountains on the background. It was very close to the historical centre of Palermo.

“Perfect stay!”
Very clean, easy to walk to city centre, and very well equipped! We had a nice stay in Casa Reale, and the owners are very nice and accommodating. Definitely would stay again! 🙌🏻
