The location was fantastic. So close to the palace and cathedral and the rest of the historic centre. Apartment very well equipped and very comfortable. The host Alessio was so helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. I can’t thank him enough for making my stay so pleasurable. There was even free street parking outside the apartment.

One of the best airbnbs I've ever stayed in Definitely the best in Palermo. It is in a very central location without being too noisy. Very close to the Cathedral via a short walk through a beautiful park. The apartment has 3 floors and keeps all of its original charm and quirks which is sadly lost in many rentals these days. The host was responsive and kind.

The view from the little balcony was very nice, it felt like you could live for a long while in that maisonette, the coffee maker was good with a good supply of pods, the place felt newly refurbished.

Our stay was perfect! Alessio was super friendly and had great recommendations for activities and food. Palermo has great food culture so we enjoyed that a lot! We stayed three nights which was perfect for a nice city trip. The train station Palermo Palazzo Reale-Orleans is super close and easy to get to from the airport, which we recommend. The location is great, very central. The park in front of the apartment makes it feel a little more quiet, even though there is a road in front of the apartment, which is not very busy but still has some traffic coming through. The apartment is small and has three floors: Ground floor is entrance and kitchen (which is decently equipped and Alessio left us some breakfast products), first floor has a couch and the bathroom (which is good!) and the bedroom is on the second floor. There is also a very tiny cute balcony.

Big thank to Alessio, everything was perfect. The apartment is located between two stunning landmark. It was one of the best booking from my experience. It’s visible how the owner takes care of the customers. You can find everything, even wet wipes. Also the owner gave us a lots of recommendations where to go for food and drinks and what to see in Palermo. This experience made our vacation much much better:) Only one missing things is slippers, but it was ok, because place is very clean. Good luck Alessio:)

Brilliant location for Palace, Cathedral, and places to eat. Not far from Ballaro market. Apartment was very well equipped for every need. Lots of space. Nice view from little balcony. Handy shop nearby for bread, ham, cheese etc. Nice people in restaurant next door.

Alessio is very friendly and all his recommendations were great (places to eat traditional palermitan food, places to visit, places to buy authentic souvenirs). The view from the balcony is very beautiful, the house is very close to the city center, all clean, good taste in the way the house is decorated. Above all Alessio is a history teacher - it would be great to find this kind of history teachers all over the places we are going to visit from now on! We will come back soon!🥰

“A great time in a stunning location.”

The central location couldn’t be any better - it’s a neo-Gothic terraced house, spread over 3 floors, with a balcony looking over the lush palm gardens and the Royal Palace. The kitchen was practical and it was nice to have a living room with a guitar and the views. The host also left some breakfast items in the fridge, which was a nice extra. Everything was exceptionally clean.
