“Very well appointed apartment with great hosts”

Nice people. Best appointed apartment we stayed in in Sicily. Had all facilities in kitchen you could want. Easy to hold up in when not feeling great.

Easy communication, great lodgings and we love the area as it was a little bit out of town but easy to get him to the center on the bus. Would definitely stay here again.

“Wonderful place to stay”

The apartment is huge . It’s very clean and contains everything you might want in a kitchen including a fabulous coffee maker and lots of lovely towels and toiletries in the bathroom .. The place smelled good enough to eat . It had a pool a jot tub and an area to sunbathe .. just fabulous. There was also a parking space for our car which was a real bonus . We also had a wonderful array of breakfast items left for us and the most huge pistachio and Nutella croissants I’ve ever seen delivered fresh to us every morning.

“Gorgeous property, a lovely escape from busy Palermo”

Lovely property with everything you need. It felt very safe due to the private gate and driveway, away from the hustle and bustle going on outside. The pool is a great addition to the property. It is a 25 minute walk to the main part of the city, where there are many shops and restaurants. The hosts are just next door but were not intrusive at all and responded to any questions we had straightaway.

We got delicious artisanal croissant and puff pastries.Our host Barbara was very,very nice ,helpful and thoughtful.Flat is well equiped,very clean,conviniently located.You have your private pool,which is a huge adventage in Palermo.I would recomend.

Everything was great, especially our host Barbara and her husband. She was really helpful and welcoming and made us breakfast each morning. Also helped us find our way around Sicily.

Wonderful Villa. The hosts were superb, they couldn’t do enough for you. They sorted a hire car, took us to and from the airport and arranged a boat trip for us as well as gave us advice on restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast was superb and the villa/pool were very clean.

What a lovely stay! The hosts are amazing and welcoming. The fresh breakfast every morning was a treat. The apartment was practical and had everything we needed. There is a big supermarket close by which had everything we needed for a cosy dinner on the terrace.

The property felt very secure behind private gates. The rooms were spacious with very high ceilings which made it feel even bigger. The family’s home was attached to the villa and they provided homemade fresh pastries and croissants to order every day which were absolutely amazing! We felt very supported by the family whilst we’re were there. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was spotlessly clean.

We loved the apartment which had everything we needed. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. Barbara and Carmelo were fantastic hosts and we loved the pastries in the morning. There is a bus stop, supermarket, restaurants and tabacchi nearby for essentials if required. We often walked into the centre which was a 25 minute walk. We preferred the amenities casa le rose offered for us as a family to enjoy Palermo as we had a nice place to relax. We hope to return one day!

The breakfast was fabulous and the host had left out some cocktails and antipasti for our arrival. There is a bus stop for central Palermo right outside the door of the apartment. The little garden and pool were great.
