Bed was comfy, neighbourhood had a big city vibe (good) and was walkable to the centre, balcony view made you feel like you were in the neighbourhood without being nervous.

Giuseppe is a great man who help us for everything. Place is clean and air conditioning is great. Room is very cozy and terrace is beautiful. We read about the noisy, one day in your life isn't a bad thing to have music infront the building and have a fun with Palermitans (talk, drink and enjoy life). And the music isn't that loud. Toilet is cleaned and have everything that needs(we had 10 days in Palermo). Neighborhood is very safe. Giuseppe arrange us a driver Francesco to wait us at the airport and back at very normal price.

It was easy to reach from the main station. It's a very nice room with a fantastic terrace overlooking a very lively neighborhood. It was quiet and neat, tidy. The owner gave me plenty of info about things to visit and restaurants to test in Palermo.

The budget room was large and comfy, the bathroom was down the hall( we did not notice when we booked,) it was large too but we had shower issues which I am sure will be sorted for the next visitors

Good location and good accessibility to the city and the beach. The street is busy even at night, but this is Sicily and the people here are beautiful. You can sleep at home all year round :) Exemplary behavior of the owner regarding information and advice. Good price for a spacious room.

Everything was great! Location very close to the city center, room very clean and comfortable and the house overall very cosy and convenient. We loved everything about it! Giuseppe was extremely kind and helpful with everything and his recommendations were the best! Would pay someone just for his work to find all these nice places and suggestions, well done! Couldn’t ask for anything more really!

The apartment turned out to be a huge disappointment. If you want a normal sleep, this is definitely not the place for you. I didn't make the right choice. At first everything seemed fine. Nice room and all. There are little things, but I thought I wouldn’t pay attention. As a result, I simply did not sleep for two nights. Imagine that you have to sleep in a nightclub. There are parties downstairs with such loud music! and the balcony does not protect in any way!!! I wrote to the owner the next day and he didn’t even respond. Although he reminded me several times before that I didn’t forget to leave the city tax. So I’ll calmly complain about the rest. The room in the photo is beautiful, but already shabby. Stains on the bedspread, holes in the sheets and blanket. And the bed, by the way, is quite uncomfortable. Also the streets are very dirty near this place. I really don't recommend it. There are so many better options in Palermo.

The room is near Politeama Theatre, in an easy to reach location. From our balcony we had a very authentic and broad view, I loved it! The host, Giuseppe, has been really nice and helpful, he gave us useful tips to have a perfect stay in Palermo.

The room has no fridge, which was a big problem as we visited in summer. The location is dodgy and there was a lot of noise at night. The owner insisted on giving him my phone number, although I declined twice. There was no water the first day.
