Everything was absolutely perfect! A stunning apartment in a fabulous location, 2-minutes from the Quattro Canti in the centre of the Old Town. All attractions are within a 10 to 15-minute walk, including the train station. I cannot recommend highly enough 👌

Calderai 82 had a great vibe, with gorgeous facilities and a few quirks. There was more than enough space for two people and the bedroom was really quiet for sleeping. The location was amazing - within a short walk to everything and a lively atmosphere. Coommunication with our host Stefano was excellent and he had many suggestions on sights to see and places to visit.

Good location on the edge of the old city, within easy walking distance of most attractions. Very clean and well-appointed apartment, quiet and comfortable. We loved the electronic door locks and the ease of communication with our host. Our host helped with local recommendations, train timetables and transport costs.

The apartment is in an old building which looks rather run down from the outside but once you enter the staircase and, especially, the apartment itself, the WOW! factor is through the roof! ❤️ It has been stunningly renovated and modernized, at the same time keeping to the old old architectural elements, like vaults and arches. It is also ultra-functional, beautifully lit and equipped in everything you may need during your stay. Sadly, we stayed only one night... Oh, and there is a kettle, which is never a given in Italian apartments (unlike a coffee machine, which was there, too, including the pods).

We LOVED this place. The location was awesome. So many cool little bars to relax and watch the people of Palermo. The apartment was roomy, well decorated, comfortable, well equipped. I couldn’t fault this place. Check in was super smooth. Great communication. Did I mention how cool the apartment was? Definitely a place to stay!!

I was so excited when I booked suite 1 of the Calderai 82 suites, because the pictures looked so beautiful online. Even though my expectations were high, when I finally got there, my expectations were surpassed! Stefano is the most incredible host! He contacted me days before our trip, to give me all the informations needed to access the apartment, and also gave a lot of recommendations of what to visit, where to eat, and made sure I knew he was always available for any other questions I might have. The apartment was extremely well cleaned and had all the amenities one might need (you can easily cook anything you want because the kitchen has all the appliances and amenities you might need, even though I'd recommend you just step outside and walk through Via Maqueda and enjoy a meal at a typical restaurant). The location is absolutely perfect to be able to explore the city (the historic center easily explored by foot) or to visit Sicily's incredible beaches (accessible either by bus or train, depending on the beach). It's also just a 10 minute walk from the train station/bus terminal, which makes the connection from/to the airport very easy. Around the apartment you can also easily find groceries stores, bakeries, restaurants and other types of services you might need. We felt very safe going from/to the apartment, because it has electric locks and surveillance. We just loved our stay so much and are so thankful to Stefano for hosting us, that we can't wait to be back!

I spent almost 1 week at this property which was an excellent choice . Very spacious , clean with a very comfortable bed. Stefano the owner and Olga the housekeeper were extremely helpful whenever I enquired about leisure or good places to eat . I will definitely be back .
