“Lovely stay would recommend”

Wonderfully restored building turned into a boutique hotel 6 years ago. Our room was lovely. The hotel is fairly small but has everything you need. There’s a restaurant adjoining the hotel which looks good but can’t comment as didn’t eat there. Close to the port and a short walk to shops bars and restaurants.

A special location, very close to the port and the center. The staff is very kind, willing to provide you with any information and solve any request. I recommend!

This hotel is amazing value for money. It is in a gorgeous restored building and is so clean and airy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast is lovely and fresh. It is right on the edge of the old city so you can walk to it within minutes. The man who runs it is so nice and helpful.

Booked because said minimalist and it was. Very modern. Loved decor. Comfy bed. Staff and owner lovely. Couldn't do enough for you. Breakfast great. Continental. They are opening bar and restaurant shortly. This will be great and enhance the hotel.

Good info from the manager as we arrived. Lovely room and comprehensive breakfast options. Palermo felt safe to us by day and night (as the manager had said!). Good choice of eating places within easy walking times if the hotel.

Very nice and hospitable hosts. We got a map with some important places to visit. Contact is very good, you can write via WhatsApp and ask about everything, they respond immediately. Very comfortable bed. Constant access to the canteen where you can make coffee or tea at any time

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location couldn’t be more perfect. It was quite central and within walking distance of all the main attractions, shops, and restaurants. Despite being so central, the property was incredibly quiet, which made for a very restful and relaxing stay. The building has an elevator, which was super convenient, especially with luggage. The room itself was spotless, spacious and everything was beautifully clean and well-maintained. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Eugenio, Chiara and Emilia were absolutely amazing! They were warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful throughout our stay. Their hospitality made a big difference and truly made us feel at home. Breakfast was very good with a good variety. Highly recommend this place, and would definitely stay there again!

If you like a warm and cosy hospitality where the Family (Owner) is supporting you every day and give you tips and share his experience, you are at the right place. Location is in walking distance to downtown or also to the harbor. The Rooms are spacious and modern equipped. We did not miss anything.

We had a really nice stay at the Hotel. It’s clean and comfortable. The staff is also very kind. The breakfast was good every morning.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The property is located in a beautifully renovated historic building that perfectly preserves its charm and truly captures the authentic atmosphere of Palermo. The location is ideal, very close to the port and just about a 7-minute walk to the historic city center. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The rooms are fantastic, spacious, clean, and stylishly designed. I highly recommend the restaurant located downstairs in the same building as well, the food is truly excellent! Overall, a fantastic place to stay!
