Great location, very clean, everything was lovely

“Great for a short stay”

Reasonable location, walkable from Lolli station on the suburban line between Palermo Centrale and the Airport. Close to bus stops for the 101 route that runs through the historic centre to the station. Very good sized room. Reasonable breakfast choice.

It's a super well located hotel. The staff was extra kind & polite, helpful with every question.

“A lovely time”

On first arrival, we were greeted by receptionist Fredrica, who was very happy and very willing to advise and recommend. Lovely lady 😃 Our stay was to celebrate my husbands birthday. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and easily accessible. Good lounge area to relax, in the foyer area. All staff, front of house, breakfast staff (Marco and team), a good choice of breakfast foods very relaxed. Housekeeping team all work very hard to give the finished product ✅️ . The hotel is very centrally located, an easy walk (5 mins ) to the main square at which are restaurants, bars, and bus stops to many places. We had a most wonderful stay and birthday celebrations thank you, Hotel Cavalieri. We would certainly recommend.

The location is excellent, but the overall experience does not match the standard of a four-star hotel. The structure would benefit from a thorough renovation, and the breakfast offering is below expectations. With some improvements, the potential of the place could truly emerge.

The location it was perfect

The location is good, in the centre of Palermo. Other than that, the hotel was, to say the least, disappointing. My room was described as 'delux' - it really wasn't. Scuff marks and stains on all of the walls, the electrical sockets were discoloured and stained and the furniture looked fit for a second hand shop, not a hotel. Sound in the corridoor clearly audible in the room, as was the sound from adjacent rooms. The breakfast was ok but not 'fabulous'. Extremely poor value for money.

Reception girls very friendly and helpful, giving us information and booking taxis etc, always with a smile. Breakfast area and the food was lovely. Very good location, wouldn’t hesitate to go back.

“Quiet place close to Palermo Historic Center”

Easy to check in. Room was clean. Location is very good, close to historical centrum but still in quite area, it is 5 min from bus shuttle station Politeama.
