The apartment was very centrally located near bars and restaurants but on a lovely quite street. The apartment had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. Our host met us with a map and lots of useful information. She went above and beyond to be helpful.

“Cozy little apartment, perfect for couples”

It was a cozy little apartment, near everything. The bathroom was grand, the kitchen was ok for our one week stay and frequent travel to other places. Balcon has a view to the backstreet and to other apartments, might that is disappointing but was not for us. We enjoyed the option to have a step out lodge. I could imagine a little table and small chairs for breakfast on those balcons(have two of them, one from the kitchen and one from the bedroom). TV could use some of smarting up(streaming services were not working and was not able to screencast what is usually an option nowadays, and not to speak Italian could not fully enjoy the TV), but really it was no issue cause we did not spent too much time watching TV eiter. Might the stairs up to the flat are a bit steep, but it is mentioned in the advertisement so we were prepared for it and our host, Giulia was a gem to help us in literally everything!! We loved everything! :) (The cobblestones are a nice vibe on the streets under the building although it was a bit of a challenge to maneuver two 20kg luggages. But this is again just a personal issue, the streets were kinda cute and romantic, and this is the characteristic of the location anyway.)

Great location. Very central. Apartment clean and very comfortable. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. Giulia provided assistance with location and recommended free bus tour around central Palermo, which was great way to get around town.

Spotlessly clean, with very comfortable bed and sofa which my friend used. It was October so we had no need of air conditioning or heat but I’m sure these worked perfectly. Kitchen had all the amenities we needed and the apartment itself was nice and quiet. Great location, walkable to all the main sights and just a short walk from the main road where you can get local and inter-city busses. Best of all Giulia was very quick to respond with all my queries about busses and restaurant recommendations and was very kind to my friend who arrived late in the evening and was a nervous solo traveller. I’d highly recommend BB4U to anyone looking for nice accommodation at a very reasonable price!

Excellent location, very safe for solo travellers and the host was wonderful! She took time to talk through local attractions and was contactable the entire time! The flat is very clean, all basic facilities available and I’m working condition. The AC was wonderful in the hot weather. Would definitely return!

Giulia is a perfect host, she was always so flexible and available

The room was fantastic and Giulia was a great host! We arrived in the evening by bus (The bus stop was behind the station but pretty dark and no taxi nor people!) and were wondering to find a way which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. We got a call from Giulia and she came to pick us up! How sweet she is! She recommend the restaurants, where to go, how to get on the local buses and negotiated with taxi company which does not do local pick up/drop off in town for us.

Apartment was super clean and even though it's right in the city, it's super quite!
