The apartment is located in the center of Palermo, which makes it possible to reach all the main tourist attractions within just a few minutes on foot. It also features a balcony, allowing natural light into the interior and providing a pleasant spot to enjoy a coffee. Communication with the host was easy. There was no coffee maker in the apartment initially, but after asking, we received a moka pot along with coffee the next day — a very thoughtful and kind gesture.

“A cosy apartment right in the centre”
A comfortable apartment in a very central location, with a friendly and helpful host. Check-in was easy, the apartment is equipped with stuff you need for a short stay, has washing machine which is always useful. It's a vibrant area, so it gets loud outside in the evenings, especially during the weekend, it's good to be aware of it.

The apartment has everything to make the stay comfortable and peaceful. Everything was prepared and clean for our arrival, and the owner was always looking out for us. The location is unbeatable, with nearby restaurants and a 10-minute walk to the most relevant tourist spots in Palermo. We recommend it 100%.

The location is spectacular. Close to the best attractions and restaurants. The apartment itself is very cozy, just quirky. Some things are broken, but everything works. Just have to be patience. the lady of the house is amazing and super helpful. Everything was provided for

“Spacious apartment in central Palermo”
The apartment was located within easy walking distance of the main sites of interest, restaurants and a well stocked Lidl supermarket. It was very secure, clean and well equiped and there was a balcony view from the first floor location. It was also very spacious and comfortable.

Cristin was a great host, always being reachable and ready to assist. If you would like to experience the original "old" Palermo feeling, BB45 is a must!! We wish we could've stayed for longer to have a lengthier experience. Thank you, Cristin!

“Glad I visited Palermo but I would not be returning..”
Breakfast was not included. The property was very clean. The location of the property is in a TLZ area which means an extra 5 Euro for a daily pass is needed for parking. The host was very helpful to arrange daily parking permits.

“Amazing apartment in an exceptional location”
The apartment was amazing- comfortable, clean and in an exceptional location. We had a great time.The owners are also very helpful with answering any questions or even helping to plan some trips and give good suggestions. The location is right in the old town centre and very close to bars, restaurants and major sightseeing points, which we loved. We toured Palermo by foot thanks to the great location.

“Great place to stay in Palermo”
The apartment is in a great position for visiting the city's cente, inside the ZTL area. It was very comfortable, spacious & clean and had all the equipment we needed. Our host was very helpful, he sent us lots of information about parking, eating out and visiting Palermo. We also had the option to do a self check in which really suited us. I fully recommend it to anyone visiting the city !!
