“Good for a short stay in Palermo.”
The Hotel is immediately outside the Palermo Centrale railway station. The breakfast was served in the adjacent Cafe, which appears to be part of the same establishment, and comprised of a typically Italian buffet of cold food.

The stuff doesn't speak any other languages which makes a communication a bit difficult. The keys and lock to the rooms are jammed and hard to open. The wifi tho exists is incredibly slow and unstable. The food simply disappointing for an Italian hotel.

The girl at the reception was amazing, she always greeted us and smiled, making our day better, some of the staff were very nice and joking! I was pleasantly surprised that even though I didn't know Italian, everyone in the hotel spoke English to us! Thank you!

“Excellent Location, Decent Rooms, Unenthusiastic Staff”
The location is excellent, right next to the railway station, which offers easier access (for example from the airport, by bus or train). It takes 15 minutes of leisurely walking to reach the city center from the hotel. It is quite noisy, but noise is generally present throughout the city.
