An extremely spacious and clean apartment equipped with everything you need for comfort. Our host was caring and a great help to us from the start of our 3 day stay to the departure. Beds were a good size and comfortable plus we enjoyed the excellent laundry and kitchen. Great lounge space and tv with Netflix too!

“lovely and spacious apartment close to the city center”

the appartment is spacious and very cozy and nice. beds and pillows are really comfortable. 4 bedrooms, 10 beds, 3 bathrooms, balcony with nice view, up to 10 min walk to the center ... it was perfect. Giovanni was really nice and making sure we have everything we need since the start of our communication, till our departure.

The owner has been extremely helpful and open, finding ways how to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Very easy and nice to talk to. The place itself offered 3 spacious bathrooms all with a toilet, bidet and a large shower space. Independent AC in all rooms, large living room with kitchen, coffee machine and coffe pods included. Large balcony that interconnected two rooms was a great place for evening drinks and talks in the silent neighborhood. Separate laundry room wit it's own balcony facing the courtyard to dry your freshly washed clothes. Close to the city center, marina and railway station. All within walking distance. We have stayed in other accomodations in the area, but this one is for sure the best, while not the most expensive.

“A wonderful place to stay when visiting Palermo”

A beautiful apartment on the 5th floor (there is a lift) with views over the roofs of Palermo, especially from a small balcony that gets the evening sun. Very stylishly decorated with a great layout (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large lounge/kitchen area). All the beds were comfortable and the showers and A/C work perfectly. Large fridge and good coffee machine. A 1 minute walk to the old town and parking is available on the surrounding streets. It is in the ZTL but the host will help pay for the ZTL pass and advise on parking. A really nice host and a warm welcome with lots of helpful advice and suggestions. We'd happily come back.

It was clean, comfortable, in a good position to visit lots of places. It’s great for both a short or a long stay. Finding parking spots close to the property (inside the LTZ) was not a problem. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The location of the apartment is very centre, you could easily reach the main attractions by walk. It was very clean and although we were a large group consisting of 10 adults, the apartment was very spacious.

“Great stay in the heart of Palermo!”

Beautiful big apartment with good equipped kitchen and a balcony in the heart of Palermo! The apartment is on the 5th floor, but there is a small elevator which 2-3 people can use at a time. We were welcomed by the owner Giovanni, he showed us his favorite spots of Palermo on a map and explained everything to us when we arrived. He also organized a transfer from and to the airport. Thanks a lot Giovanni, we had a great time!

The flat is extremely comfortable for a big family (we were 11). Spacious bedrooms and living area, big family table and comfortable bathrooms. The place is better than you can see in the pictures. We were impressed by the space. It has a lovely balcony where you can see Palermo. It is well-located, just a few minutes walk from the central station and close to the historic centre. The host is very friendly and willing to help.

Lovely apartment in the centre of Palermo, close to all attractions. It is very spacious, clean, very good value for money and everything you need is provided. The apartment is modern, everything is in perfect order and Giovanni is a great host, very hospitable and took great care of us. Its relatively quiet as it is not on a main road and there is great cafe/bakery down the road called Taurino

Apart from the amazing facilities, beautifully clean house and great location, without a doubt the best part of this stay was Gio. Gio was an incredible host, so helpful, caring and goes absolutely above and beyond. We all cannot wait to come back and stay one day!
