“Nice sea view from the balcony”

The best part is the view of the sea. Lovely views from the balcony and bedrooms, nice matresses, 2 bathrooms, a washing machine and there is a small common garden with grass space and sun loungers facing the sea. It looked like there was a grill outside and a sitting place to eat, if you wanted. Also, there was a parking spot reserved for our car a little closer than the public parking area. There were mosquito nets at all the windows and glass doors.

Beautiful location. Brilliant view from both bedrooms and terrace. Comfortable firm beds. Owner and housekeeping staff super helpful. Lovely small beach to swim with clear water despite being next to lots of small boats. Sunbeds looking out to sea in garden. Our 2bed/2bath apartment and a really great terrace with a big table, comfy chairs and sun lounger. Different sitting areas on different levels. Apartment clean. Outside well kept and nice. Floaty things/doughnut provided for sea. We really appreciated these.

We loved our stay in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was spotless and comfortable. The highlight was the most spectacular location and view from the spacious balcony. A few minutes down to a beautiful and quiet beach, there are also private sun loungers which are such a bonus. Tasos the host was lovely and helpful. Would definitely come back again!

Absolutely fantastic place – even better than it looks in the photos! It seems like the property was recently renovated, both inside the flats and around the garden area, which makes a real difference. There's a lovely common space in the garden with a barbecue area and brand-new sunbeds with umbrellas – perfect for relaxing. We stayed in a very spacious flat with an amazing large terrace overlooking the sea. We spent every breakfast and evening out there – what could be better than enjoying your meal just a few meters from the water? From the flat, you simply walk through the garden, down a few steps, and you're right on the beach – it takes about one minute from your bed to the sea! This is Alipa Beach, but if you're up for a short 5-minute walk, you’ll also find two other beautiful beaches: Agios Spiridon Beach (250 meters away) and Agios Petros Beach (another 250 meters further). There are a few restaurants nearby and a fantastic supermarket where you can find literally everything you might need. A few meters away you have also a free parking and the bus stop. The host was extremely polite and helpful – they even offered us toys for the kids and helped us find a beach umbrella. We truly had a great time and would absolutely recommend this place!

A beautiful spot away from the main beach of Paleokastritsa. We were there lo season so limited options. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Seacret cafe was a lovely find. All amenities at Molos were great - beach towels and slippers included. Shower was small but plenty of hot water. Beautiful view from our patio. Thank you Tassos!

The location of the studio is unbelievably perfect. The views over the harbour are exceptional and the property is just a few steps away from shops and tavernas. You would never tire of waking up to such a fabulous vista each morning and a handful of steps lead you to the sunbeds at the waters edge where there is a short stairway straight onto the beach for a lovely swim in super clear water. We never swam or sat on any other beach in Paleo, and watching the sunrise ach morning was memorable, this place is perfect. The whole building and gardens anre family owned, are beautifully finished and super clean and the communal seating area under the olive tree is a lovely calming place to sit. I found it a calm place to sit and paint a little as well as it being a great reading spot. The studio was perfectly simple for us and had everything you need. We stayed for 12 nights and were perfectly comfortable. The room has plenty of space. The bathroom is a little on the small side but I am 6ft4 and managed just fine and the cleaner visited every day, which was nice. It was a pleasure to meet and chat to Thassas during our stay. Can’t really say much more but staying here really made our holiday a memorable one for sure and we didn’t want to leave, we had settled in for sure!
