“Perfect villa holiday location with spectacular views”

We had an amazing holiday at this beautiful villa. Perfect accommodation choice. Lots of space inside and out, the villa has everything you could possibly need. Pool area is fabulous. BBQ was a bonus. Views truly spectacular. Communication with Beatrice was exceptional. Highly recommended. We didn’t want to leave.

Our stay at Ionian Sun in Corfu was absolutely perfect. The villa is a tranquil haven, completely surrounded by nature and incredibly peaceful. Before we even arrived, our communication with Beatrice was great, and her son met us to show us around the villa, which was a lovely personal touch. We were immediately impressed by the welcoming hamper, and the thoughtful addition of water and beer in the fridge was a lovely touch. The villa itself is a dream. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, and the BBQ area is fantastic for al fresco dining. We also discovered an amazing deli, called Michalas, just a 15-minute drive away that had a fantastic selection of steak, chicken, frozen fish, and a huge variety of dried meats and cheeses—we highly recommend it! The main highlight for us was the amazing, private pool area, which isn't overlooked at all and offers a gorgeous view over the bay. The villa is incredibly comfortable, with air conditioning throughout, and the beds are very comfortable. The automatic awnings that extend in the morning to shade the bedrooms were a great feature. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom, which was a huge plus. We also appreciated the well-stocked utility room, which included a washing machine and dryer. Despite feeling secluded, the villa is just a short walk down to the shops and the beach. We genuinely loved our time here and would return in a heartbeat.

The most amazing place and beautiful location. Up a big hill so bit challenging for me, but didn't detract from what was an incredible property. Beatrice was amazing start to finish and it was one of the best places we've ever stayed.

“Beautiful property”

Excellent property in a peaceful location yet not far from restaurants. The air-conditioning works extremely well as we were there in 41 degrees. The pool and pool area are very relaxing and the pool temperature was perfect.

“I would definitely return to this well maintained property”

This property was a pleasure to stay in, it was comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We arrived late at night and were greeted upon arrival and shown what we needed to know about the property, we also had a few essentials left for us including pasta, sauce and water which was greatly appreciated. This property is located up a steep hill so fitness is a must! I would also recommend mosquito repellent for your stay. If this is the area of Corfu you wish to visit then this properly ticks all the boxes. The pool is awesome and often has birds swooping by for a drink, I loved it! The staff were perfect too!

“Wonderful stay”

Wonderful villa with fantastic views over the bay of Paleokastritsa. We particularly liked the well-kept garden with the old olive trees and the heated pool. It is a house with a private terrace and garden. The owners gave us a really warm welcome. The house, bed rooms and bathrooms are spacious and modern and the kitchen is well equipped. Everything was very clean. The beds are large and comfortable. Its a 10min walk to the beach. We stayed there with 4 adults and one child more than a week beginning of May. Absolutely recommended.

This property is not only stunning but immaculately clean and in prime condition. It is comfortable and spacious with great attention to detail on the amenities. Beatrice the owner communicates well in advance and provided our first evening meal, breakfast and lunch supplies as we arrived late which was extremely helpful and generous.. There is nothing to fault here.

The view from the villa is simply fantastic! You don’t have to go far to appreciate the beauty of the place. Super easy access to the beaches, shops and the main attractions makes this a brilliant location to plan your stay around. It is also a quiet and relatively secluded area; great for those seeking some much needed relaxation and privacy

“Intelligent and professional tourism”

This was our second stay at Ionian Sun. All facilities and service denote intelligence, professionalism, good planning and good taste. The villa is equipped with all the modern conveniences and a lovely pool. It is situated in a tranquil location with stunning mountain and sea views. Shops, restaurants and beaches are 10 min away by foot. The communication with the host is very smooth and the service is impeccable. We have travelled extensively across several Greek islands and this was our 7th holiday in Corfu alone. Ionian Sun is the best accommodation we have stayed at. We hope to return in the future.

FANTASTIC! We would rate this property more than 10 if it were possible! Incredible garden and view, clean and modern, plus an everything you could need during your stay (which was especially good with travelling with a baby, things like washing liquid, coffeec cling wrap etc). The view was so good it was hard to leave!

“Fabulous villa!”

A fantastic, clean, spacious and beautifully equipped villa.The best holiday house we have ever had. Incredible views over the sea and surroundings - I loved watching the boats travel around in the distance and seeing the birds of prey over the hills. It was very peaceful and felt private. The pool was wonderful, large enough to really swim and had a bubble bench which was a fun extra. The villa had everything we could need- plenty of towels, loungers, parasols, pool toys and even toiletries and bug spray available. Great aircon. Beatrice had left a lovely welcome hamper too with enough food and drink to last us at least the first day so we could just relax and not have to go straight out for shopping. The villa is a steep walk down/ up to a little beach where we swam, snorkelled and got boat trips. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance too and we ate out almost every night. Beatrice also helped us organise taxis and we used those to go to Aqualand and Corfu Town. A wonderful villa and if I go back to Corfu I would definitely stay there again.

Steep hill to walk to property

“Perfectly located for a quiet secluded stay close to the harbour with fabulous views”

Our flight was running late so it was about 9pm in the dark when we arrived but Beatrice was waiting with a smile, keys and a selection of thoughtful goodies that kept us going, some for days. Beatrice remained promptly at hand via WhatsApp when we needed to tell her that i'd damaged a door handle. Immediately she told me not to worry as she had a spare and could fit it when it wouldnt disturb us. She even offered to change the timer on the pool/garden lights if we wanted them off earlier. The facilities were very modern, spotless and stylish. The master bedroom had a superking sized bed and chez long infront of its own TV and a work station. The large en suite had double basins, loo and walk in shower, all good. The kitchen had an oven, microwave, 4 ring halogen hob, belfast sized sink, new sponge and draining mat, nespresso capsule coffee maker (with a stack of capsules) filter coffee machine, large fridge and 3 drawer freezer and small dishwasher with tablets. Spare towels and bed linen, new AEG washing machine and capsules. The second bedroom had a double bed and ensuite shower room. Dining table, comfy seating and a large TV with Netflix. There was excellent aircon in both bedrooms and the living room that was very quiet in operation. Fast wifi worked inside and out. There was an outside dining area under cover with a ceiling fan, lights and power sockets. Outside kitchen beside the pool with double gas ring (bottles underneath) and a BBQ area. The pool with a bubble jet bench and plent of room for swimming was kept at a lovely temperature. There were also 5 sun loungers and further patio furniture by the patio doors. It was a steep but easily manageable walk to the harbour in 10 minutes and Kathy supermarket met day to day needs. Fabulous views (we could even see the sea state) , very quiet, secure parking excellent location. Yes there is accommodation above and beside but zero disturbance and serparate entrance and secure parking.

The apartment and pool were wonderful. A great space for a family of four, the apartment is spacious and clean and has everything you need, the pool sun beds & gardens our kids absolutely loved. It is so peaceful and a beautiful view both day & night. Up a bit of a hill but we got used to it and it was worth it for the view! Thank you Beatrice for your wonderful communication on check in and check out and your helpful communication throughout our stay. We would not hesitate to book again.

“Perfect place to stay in Paleokastritsa”

Beatrice has thought of everything to make your holiday experience top notch. Delicious local food and wine was provided so you didn't have to immediately shop for a meal, or breakfast the next day. We were also celebrating a milestone birthday and Beatrice and Lilly helped order a very delicious cake, arranging for it to be delivered to the villa, so it was there as a surprise after a birthday boat trip. Great communication and care! Fabulous holiday!

We loved everything! Spotlessly clean, comfortable beds/ furniture, the pool, the view. Beatrice went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

After 20 years of travelling, we found 'the perfect accommodation'. This is a well appointed villa with tasteful interior design and beautiful mountain and sea views. Secluded location, yet only 5-10 min walk to supermarket/ restaurants/beaches. Very graceful host.

“Beautiful villa/apartment above Paleoistratiska with an amazing view.”

The villa/apartment was beautiful inside and out. The garden is really nice with sitting areas in and out of the sun. The pool was perfect, it even had some floats for the (young) adults to enjoy. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were some lovely food treats to welcome us. We had the larger bedroom as a twin and the smaller as a double. We spent most of the time sitting outside but inside was also lovely and very clean. There is a short hilly walk to the left as you come out or a steeper route to the right. Both lead down to the village which had everything we needed and the beaches are beautiful. We used mosquito repellent and there were very few wasps to bother us.
