Overview
Located in a quiet area, just 400 metres from La Grotta Beach of Paleokastritsa, Ilios Studios is surrounded by a large garden full of olive trees. It offers self-catered accommodation and BBQ facilities. The air-conditioned studios are simply decorated with wooden furniture and all open up to a furnished patio. Featuring a kitchen with fridge, oven and kitchenware, each studio is equipped with a TV. Ilios Studios is located 1km away from the centre of Paleokastritsa and just 300 metres from restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops. Free on-site parking is available, while the guesthouse can also arrange your transfer upon request.

Maria was a great hostess, very easy to contact and helpful. Apartments very fresh and clean and more facilities than we used (we didn't cook as so many great places to eat nearby) - Spiros in particular There's no onsite bar or pool but some people might prefer that and you have own private balcony - plenty of pools with bars around - right next door is Phivos and opposite is the Mermaid both with very genial hosts and staff.

Great location. Easy access to beach. Amazing coffee shop opposite. Spotlessly clean. Maria was very helpful and communicated extremely well. Amazing value.

Brilliant apartment with front and back terrace to sit out which was lovely. all facilities you need. Kitchen had all utensils if you need to cook. Maria was an excellent host and you can contact her easily if any issues arise. Nearby pools are open to the public to use. Comfortable beds. Didn’t need the AC in June but it was available. Overall a perfect place to stay. Thank you so much

“Fantastic studious!”
Great location and the size of the studio. Very conveniently located, next to several shops and restaurants. Easy to reach amazing beaches and go walking/hiking in the neighboring area. The apartment is neat, and the cleaning person takes good care of keeping it tidy. Equipped with cooking stoves and all needed materials. Stunning view from the penthouse!

Great shared pool thats a 2 min walk away, when we stayed the pool was always quite quiet compared to others in the area. The apartment is a great location to go to la grotta and it is so easy to get a bus to the old town and airport.

“Spacious apartment with pool option and close to everything in Paleokastritsa”
Great to have someone clean the place every day. Comfy beds. Also great to be able to use the pool close by which had sun until late. It's very spacious. Nice terrace. Great to have a place to hang wet clothes and towels. Baby cats in the old olive tree in the yard was a huge plus for kids.

“Very pleasant stay”
The apartment is simply great and elegant, very large, with all the possible furniture and facilities you may need. We really enjoyed our stay here: Maria and the staff are very friendly and at the same time precise and professional. In the apartment, the furniture is new, elegant and has a fashionable style, in particular the bathroom and the shower are very large and extremely comfortable and elegant. Furthermore, there is a large terrace where you can have a meal, and a backyard with sunbeds, table and chairs for breakfast, umbrella and a place to dry laundry. We highly recommend it!
