A lovely house in a traditional village setting with wonderful views of Paleokastritsa below and the Ionian sea beyond. Delightful village people and a lovely, helpful host in Khristina who went the extra mile to make my stay the best yet.

Great apartment in a lovely small and simple village. The accomodations is well equiped, nice view, small supermarket and several Cafes and local restaurants nearby. Must have a car. Great communication with Kristina. Well recommended

“Amazing view, beautiful house in beautiful village.”

Owner is really helpful and lovely, explained everything with details. We loved our stay. House was very clean and well equipped - we had everything we needed. Bakery, general store and butcher are literally few meters from the house. Bus stop that takes you to Corfu is also right next to the house. There is restaurant, cafe and nice bar nerby. It takes 1,5km walk to go to Bella Vista and nice pool where you can spend time.

We loved the communication, the views were stunning. The location was excellent with a taste of a traditional village, and everything easily accessible for a quiet place. The bakery along the road was fantastic and had fresh bread and cakes everyday and all you need for a stay, there is a butcher straight across the road. A family restaurant two doors away with delicious food and friendly staff. The house was very well equipped with much needed air con in the two bedrooms. The balcony view was great overlooking some of Paleokatritsa. There were restaurants with stunning views further up the road in walking distance and one with a pool for 10 euros including a drink each, which was very relaxing. The donkey trail was accessible right outside the house and took about half an hour to walk into Paleokatritsa, about an hour to walk back as very steep. The host was very knowledgeable to help us find everything we needed.

“Perfect place”

Christina welcomed us and provide us with useful information about the village and nice spots near the accommodation. The apartment is nice, has a wonderful panorama from the balcony and it is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, AC and a washing machine.

Lovely and helpful host and wonderful accommodation. Location is beautiful but only book if you're going to hire a car/motorbike or you are happy to do lots of walking.

The views from the balcony are stunning. the apartment is big with a fully equipped kitchen. The town is gorgeous. We felt at home and were very sad to leave.

Apartment with a beautiful view, clean, comfortable, absolute peace, great communication with the owner :) For breakfast we went to a great bakery not far from the house. In addition to baked bread, warm croissants and all the basics at affordable prices. It includes a pastry shop with the best Lotus cheesecake and a wonderful view of the bay.Great owners. Lakones is a beautiful village with a view away from the tourist industry, the locals are very friendly.

The house has a very beautiful view and every utensil (AC, washing machine, electric stove etc) is working perfectly.Is fully equiped with everything you need, from detergents to olive oil.It is very confortable, practical and well comparimented.It is close to a super store. Olga, the owner, is amaizingly nice, very helpful. All of these contribued to our perfect holiday, that's why we absolutely recommend this location.
