“Beautiful authentic Greek welcome”

An authentic Greek experience and welcome! This Villa has a lot of soul and reflects the friendly, caring and homely approach of the owners. We only stopped off for one night - we had a clean and comfy bed, a shower with great water pressure, and homely touches including a delicious freshly baked sweet pastry in the morning - so generous to take the time to give guests this experience. Our Greek is non-existent, but we managed to communicate enough to get by. Our hosts generous spirit shone through - even though the visit was a quick one!

The place is on a road with heavy traffic, and this affects general sound scene. Otherwise, cool garden and gazebo. Friendly host and service.

A wonderful, friendly, and cheerful hostess who will do everything to make your stay enjoyable. A huge, beautiful, and clean apartment with a large terrace, a comfortable bed, and a spotless bathroom. The kitchenette is fully equipped, and there's even coffee, sugar, milk, and cookies. We had a delicious bougatsa for breakfast. The sea is just a few steps away. A great place. Thank you, Effie!

“Perfect place to relax”

Everything was great. The location is perfect. There was enough space for 8 people. There was also space for our two cars. It was clean and on the 3rd day they changed the sheets and towels. There is a wonderful restaurant opposite the apartment and the food was very tasty. The same restaurant also offers service on the beach. Umbrellas and sunbeds are free after you order something from the bar. The beach was great and clean.The prices in the restaurant and the beach bar were good.

Very nice hosts: We rented the big apartment and there was no airconditioning in the bedrooms. The heat was unbearable. We asked the host to do something. At the same day a company came to install the airconditioning.

Very kind and nice host ( thank you!) . All facilities you need are available, warm water all the day, clean towels and a nice bottle of wine!

The apartment is very comfortable, with spacy terrace where you can enjoy whole day. You have all the privacy you need. It is very peaceful, surrounded with greenery, flowers, and Mediterranean trees. Very well equipped kitchen and apartment in general, nice bathroom with normal shower cabine, where you can take a shower without wetting the rest of the bathroom. Very nice and comfortable bedroom. The owners so kind and friendly. Efi, our host, surprised us one moring with wonderful bougatsa, local amezing pie, we will remember. Also, as a beautiful welcoming guest, a bottle of wine and water was waiting us in the apartment. The apartment is very well located just a cross nice beach, with beautiful bar and taverna called Paparuna. Local market is 5 minutes walking distance. There is as well in the walking distance wonderful Golden Fish shop/taverna where you can buy fresh fish and they will prepare it for you. Delicious! Palio, place where the apartment is located, is some 10km away from Kavala, interesting city to explore and enjoy. Several nice beaches are also very close, up to 20 minutes driving, easily accessible.
