The see view is fantastic, apartment is large and very stylish. Huge balcony to enjoy the evenings with a glass of wine. Massive garden excellent for children's games. Fantastic place to stay.

“Exceptional view of the Nea Iraklitsa bay and the near islands”

We stayed in the apartment on the top floor. It have a panoramic terrace with exceptional view of the whole bay, the small island, the bigger one Thasos, the beaches of Nea Iraklitsa and Saranta. You can drink your morning coffee with that view or your wine in the evening and be happy. The owner Anna is very nice, it was very easy to communicate with her before and during our stay. We arrived very hungry and tired after waiting 3 hours to pass the Greek border and Anna welcomed us with home made cupcakes, drinks and snacks. That's the most nice welcoming that we had! Our dog had also a good stay there.

We had a great stay at Palio Suites!!! Breathtaking view, smell of the sea, which is just in front of the terrace, dolphins in sight, bird’s song, quiet! Heaven on Earth! The veranda is gorgeous for relaxing and outdoor meals. It is much better to stay home and enjoy this view for millions! We felt at home and the host Anna was so kind, responsive and accommodating! The whole property is well maintained, very clean and there is everything you need in the suite! Highly recommend! We will come back, I’m sure! I miss this place already 🙂 Thank you, Anna for the great time spent in your house!

The sea bay view from the terrasse is magnificent! Had all amenities, also parking, the rooms are spacious. Very convenient location, next to the exit from Paleo to Iraklitsa - for those that attend the beaches west of Paleo or a good dinner in Iraklitsa (or Nea Peramos), it is the perfect spot.

“A million dollar view”

We wanted a quiet place, near water with a great view. And we got much, much more. We were in penthouse apartment that have 80m2 terrace with a million dollar view. You can feel a smell of a sea and pines, and hear waves striking rocks on the shore. Amazing! The house is beautiful, and the whole property is well maintained and great looking. Private, secluded rock beach is just 30m away, thru pine and olive forest, concrete path and steps that goes under the pines…like somewhere in Croatia. For us, it was much better to stay home, drink vine and enjoy a view than to go to town in the evening. The hosts was great also. John and Ana are nice and very friendly. John helped me a lot when my car battery died, and went with me to Kavala to fix that. I cannot thank him enough for that. We went home with great memories on this vacation, and beautiful Palio Suites, and really hope that we will come again. If we go again on that part of a Greece, we will book this again for sure. Thank you John and Ana again for a great time spent in your house! Hope to see you again!
