The house is in the middle of a beautiful garden, with fruit trees and vegetables you can try. The host is very receptive and helpful. Everything is very clean and the beds are more comfortable than at my home. The grill, taverna and beach are very close to the property. We definitely return next summer.

“Charming Cottage Near Kavala with Serene Garden, Just Steps from the Sea”
Booking our stay at KAVET Palio Cottage was absolutely perfect. The photos truly capture the essence of the house. The location is ideal—just a few steps from the beach, very close to Ammolofoi Beach, and only a few minutes’ drive from the center of Kavala. The cottage is nestled in a beautiful garden with a variety of trees that create a serene environment.

“Lovely cottage close to the beach”
The cottage is very cosy with a nice garden (the host told us we are welcome to try the fruit!). The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and there are also restaurants close by. We stayed here last year and the kids liked it so much they insisted on staying at the exact same house again :)

“The perfect family getaway.”
The cottage is a gem! It's clean, comfy and well equipped with everything you need. It's at 5-minute walking distance from the beach. The garden is massive, quiet and provides lots of shade. The host is super kind and responsive. He arranged a brand new baby crib specially for us. There were extra bedlinen and towels, and they were all very soft and high quality. It was mostly cool inside the house even without turning the AC on. Thank you, Vasilis for the warm welcome.

Very nice cottage with a modern interior and a lovely garden with plenty of shade. There are a few beaches around and the closest one (Palio beach - 5 minute walk) was a small beach which was our favorite. The host was very responsive and courteous about everything!

Amazing Place !!! The house surrounded by the delicious pears ,fig , apple trees . Very modern and well designed Vila . We love this place and definitely will come back next summer. Thank you Vasilis for all!!!

Amazing place, nicely decorated and equiped with everything needed. Great big garden and the hosts were nice, kind and really helpful. Really close to the beach as well and I will definately recommend.
