Very nice staff, they allowed us to use the bathroom and the common areas before our check in and after our check out. Nice rooms and bathrooms. Finally a room with some hangers!

The place is very well located, breakfast is nice, rooms are more than enough. Clean, comfortable and cozy.

The posada was clean, helpful and in a safe area. A good aspect for an older non speaking spanish woman. No complaints.

The location of the hotel in the center of Palenque is very good. The city can be easily explored on foot. The beds are comfortable, but a bit small for two people. Breakfast is okay, with toast and some fruit. The departure point for shared taxis to the ruins is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Friendly staff, rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, even had a couple channels in English on the TV. Good location, a short walk to centre.

Hotel in the centre, with an inner courtyard with a good atmosphere. The beds were good quality, they were quiet (did not creak) and were comfortable.

It was spot on. The price was exceptional for a convenient, clean and cold room. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was well priced. I’d certainly recommend.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast consisted of coffee, toast butter, marmalade and fruit.

“Cool place in a noisy area”

Posada Kim is a cool place in an otherwise unattractive city. The room was comfortable, but unfortunately, it faced a busy street, making it quite noisy

Comfortable and spacious room (and bed) with a lovely shared courtyard featuring palm trees and a fountain. A quiet place conveniently located very close to the main square, shops, and not far from the ADO station.

Staff was kind and offered us some options of guided tours. Several options of breakfast are available from 7h30am. The bed was big.

Aircon, WiFi, modern room with bathroom hot water and clean. The lady on the afternoon and evening shift was very helpful (forgot her name) conversation via translation app.

“Great stay”

The room had everything, the bathroom was clean. Towels plus soap and drinking water were provided. Bed was huge and comfortable. Location is close to the city centre and centre square, lots of restaurants and choices on the area. Close walk to collectivo that can take you to Ruinas and cascadas. A/C works really well. We arrived early and they held our luggage for us before check-in, which was helpful.

“Helpful staff and large rooms”

The staff were helpful and left us use the shower downstairs when we first arrived and also hang out there while waiting for our bus. Our room was large, comfortable and clean. There outside space was pretty. There was a great restaurant one block down and it was a short walk to town and to the bus station.
