“Dream in jungle”

One of best places ever! We had luxus department in middle of jungle. We enjoyed also the swimming pool a fantastic pizza in the restaurant.

The location in the jungle and close to Palenque ruins, toucans, macaws and howler monkeys just outside our door!! The pool is wonderful and the restaurant very good and so convenient!

The food was excellent and we really enjoyed it. Prices were reasonable, the service was very friendly and attentive, and there was live music on Saturday evening, which was a great atmosphere. What we loved most was the location in the middle of the rainforest. We saw many animals right outside our door, including howler monkeys and even a hummingbird. 🌿🐒✨

Everything!! The location is perfect for visiting Palenque ruins, we could walk there. Loved the pool area and grounds being able to see monkeys, toucans and macaws. The restaurant served delicious meals..

“Nice property but poor standard room”

When we arrived early evening there was a nice welcome and speedy check in. The receptionist made an effort to translate into english about how to get tickets if we wanted to go to Palenque ruins the next day, which we really appreciated. There was reliable hot water. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace and saw some birds and the agouti. The grounds were very nice with a big pool. The restaurant and public spaces were well decorated. We ate in the restaurant all 3 nights as it is not easy to get to anywhere else without transport. The food was decent and not overpriced. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. We have very little spanish but they tried their best and we could see that they work hard.

Actually, everything was fine.

Great place, very close to the archeological site. You can feel connection with the nature there.

“A great hotel close to the temple zone”

We had a luxurious hide away close to the pool, not a regular cabana, and it was great and quiet. We walked to the Temple-zone which is a great walk to a marvelous historical site. Don’t forget to get your tickets upfront!

“Comfy cabaña”

Nice cabañas, it’s clean, comfy and rustic. You can hear the monkeys at night. All employees were so nice and helpful. Great point was the restaurant opening early and closing at 23:00, life saving when you come back late from a tour. It was great value for money.

The location is perfect for visiting the ruins, and it’s easy to find. Hearing the howler monkeys throughout the day was truly special. Unfortunately, the rest of the stay didn’t live up to the setting.

The place is beautiful, just in the middle of the jungle. Very close to the Palenque site. We could walk there!

Beautiful setting in the jungle near the ruins. Very peaceful with a great pool to relax. Not close to Palenque town but there are lots of collectivos going past during the day.

“CREDIT CARD FRAUD - UNAUTHORIZED DEBITS”

CREDIT CARD DATA THEFT + FUNDS STOLEN. A fraudulous establishment who will keep your credit card data and charge you money via another business. After being unable to find a payement despite me giving her all the information + screenshots needed. Owner decided to steal money directly from by card, thereby charging me twice for a service. What service you wonder? A transfer from VSA airport to the Hotel. 2 hours of riding in the back of a car with NO SEATBELT + a dodgy looking driver. Am having to replace my card + initiate pursuits/complaints Ps: Rooms doors are not fitted properly, rats/mice enter the room & shit on the floor. But I guess thats the jungle vibe.

Beautiful, clean. We ate at the restaurant quite a few times and the food was great. Staff was very friendly and customer centric.

Wonderful hotel embedded in the Palenque National Park! Surrounded by jungle. We enjoyed the Howler monkeys and the wonderful plants here.
