Fabulous location close to the Palenque Mayan ruins, with rooms dispersed in the jungle in which the property is located, and with resident howler monkeys in the trees above. The pool was great and so was the staff. Excellent food too.

Supreme stay in this hotel, it is a hotel own by a family who really cares of the clients, just 8 rooms so the service is excellent , wonderful staff and very good cuisine when dinning in the hotel. We also booked a guide tour person advised by the hotel staff: Mildred. She was just perfect with a lot of knowledge and a nice person, she also tailor the tour taking into account your preference. In our case we like trekkings while visiting different iconic places, so she arranged accordingly. We would book again the same trip in Chiapas!

“Very beautiful boutique hotel surrounded by nature”

OK, this is not the cheapest place, but you get a high class accommodation. It's literally mid the jungle. You can hear and see howler monkeys. We rested a lot of time sitting at the lake and enjoying the surrounding. Quality of food was great and prices were reasonable. Our room was huge, nicely decorated and spotless. We would definitely come back.

Lovely premises with well thought out layout. Beautiful natural jungle garden with pool out back and nice accommodation and dining zone out front. The room was very comfortable and designed very well. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Very relaxing area. Lovely surroundings. Room was huge and very clean and comfortable. A small hotel with only 8 bedrooms rooms. All rooms of very high standard. The staff were great, service was exceptional.

A glimpse of paradise. This is a very unique and magical place. I was overwhelmed by the beauty of the whole setting and you can spot so many animals around the lake and pool, it feels like living in garden Eden (without the snake). It is simply wonderful. Thank you for this experience!

Gorgeous property with character surrounded by lush jungle and a pool. Massage available. Good restaurant and staff were great. We stayed in the presidential suite and it was AMAZING with a sis and own small outdoor pool. Well located close to Palenque archeological site.

“Very helpful hotel for your time in Palenque”

The hotel was great at organising transfers from the airport for us and also tours/guides for the days in Palenque. We’d highly recommend taking their option for the private guided tour of the ruins and jungle as it was a highlight of our whole time in Mexico and a really unique experience. Room was great and a very good shower, comfortable bed and a restful night sleep. Staff are very welcoming and helpful.

The location of the hotel is in a secluded area of the rainforest. The swimming pool and the lake are a dream. The decorations and details of the place are also amazing. I really liked the environment, but I wouldn't stay again...

“We were expecting something special and we’re not disappointed. Our expectations were exceeded.”

When we booked there was no mention of breakfast in the tariff. When we arrived we were informed a continental breakfast was included. We were given fresh fruit, granola, toast and jam, cake, fresh orange juice and coffee or tea. It was a substantial high quality meal. The room we had was spacious and very clean. Water was provided each day. The staff were always helpful. The gardens are lovely. There were howler monkeys in the area but there were quiet during the night.

“Unique property in a beautiful setting”

We have been travelling for three weeks but this was our favourite place. We stayed in a junior suite which was huge, well-appointed and had a balcony with seating. The place feels very tropical and has lots of trees and a lake and a cascading pool area. We ate dinner here and the menu featured a range of traditional Mayan dishes that were delicious. There were a couple of families of howler monkeys in the surrounding trees and listening to them in the morning and at dusk was incredible. Staff were all great and we would have loved to have stayed longer than 4 nights. Very hard to leave this special place right in the jungle. It was only 4km from the ruins, we caught a taxi there, but walked back via a very good footpath.

Very comfortable and large room, comfy bed and AC/ceiling fan worked well. Breakfast and lunch at the restaurant were very good and reasonably priced. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Loved the Gardena md pool area. Really lovely jungle feel. The Myan food was delicious and our waiter Misal was just brilliant.
