“Bit shabby and nothing like the pictures”

It is a very dated hotel that definitely needs refurbishment. The pools weren't inviting at all and looked very unkept and dirty, there wasn't even any decent sunbeds or chairs to sit on. Its definitely not a travel agency so I'm not why that is listed in the title and the property itself is difficult to get to, it felt very isolated

The location as it is a bit remote, and the garden is amazing, we loved it! The little terrace of the room is also great! Breakfast was also nice.

Great potential but needs a lot of work. Pool nice but not properly cleaned & not as tody as photos look, restaurant & food good, staff very helpful. Rooms tired & need complete refurbishment - paint peeling off wall in bathroom with some mold on roof, hinge missing off balcony door, several lights not working. However, beds comfortable, aircon good & strongest/hottest shower we've had in Mexico so far. Fantastic Italian restaurant next door - a must visit!

Hotel was being renovated whilst we were there, but we were not advised about this and not one of the staff apologised for the inconvenience.

Building work being completed during our stay, of which we hadn't been made aware.

location was comfortable for us but it was difficult to get there. Most of the stuff were helpfull (beside the one in the bar)

There’s a large swimming pool surrounded by lovely trees. however because it’s surrounded by lawn and trees it’s easy to take dirt etc into the pool on your feet. Having a restaurant and fast wifi was handy for us Staff were patient with us with our bad Spanish.

It must have been a nice hotel in the past. The design of the complex is good: bungalows are pleasantly distributed in the jungle. The reception staff is helpful and accommodating.

Price. Food in the restaurant was also quite good.

The spacious rooms with comfortable beds and adequate sheets were enhanced by a lovely balcony and natural surroundings. The pool was pleasant, with provided towels, and the hotel maintained a cozy atmosphere, encouraging guests to gather near the pool and dining area. Additionally, the rooms were cleaned daily and had appropriate amenities.

Great location, perfectly situated between the jungle and the center of Palenque (40-minute walk). Within minutes, we spotted monkeys and macaws. The rooms are comfortable, and the shower is excellent.

I liked the room. It was clean and proper with a nice balcony and everything was functional. The food was nice with good service and decent pricing

Great location for visiting the Mayan Ruins. Jungle setting with good restaurant and coffee shop close by.

The room was a nice size and had a big bed and the property is close to the ruins. You can walk to town but it’s about 30 minutes and it can get sweaty in the heat but taxis aren’t too expensive, the staff are helpful to order them if you need too.
