Overview
This apartment complex is situated in Kouremenos bay 10 metres from the coast, a short distance from the town of Sitia and 5 km from the famous Vai palm forest. The accommodation consists of fully-furnished and equipped apartments; children are free to play on the big verandas or in the surroundings, safely away from cars and noise. The convenient location by the beach creates an ideal setting for a holiday. There is plenty to see and do as there are other unspoilt beaches in the vicinity, perfect conditions for windsurfing, mountains with many herbs and quiet paths to explore leading to wild gorges and unexplored caves. This tranquil natural environment with its stunning landscape, active leisure and relaxing atmosphere provides plenty of opportunity for a satisfying stay.

“Great studios close to the beach”
Great little studio very close to the beach and tavernas. Wonderful and friendly hosts. Clean and comfortable. The fridge made some noice but not bad. Studio 1 has two single beds if that matters. Nice with on site parking (just outside the studio) and a good Wifi.

“Excellent seaview”
Seaview, full kitchen with 4 burner stove, fridge, pots, dishes, AC, fan, one block to beautiful swimming or windsurfing beach. Lovely terrace with table and chairs

“As a single woman traveller, I felt welcome, safe and looked after.”
The location was excellent as it was very near the beach. A Taverna nearby too and for those who came for the Surf, very close to GoneSurfing and Freak rental/school. Very kind and accessible owners of the property. For any problem, they are on hand and live near the property. Clean and cool, nice veranda with view for meals.
