Location - it was not hidden, but not easy to find at night because it's off the road and GPS doesn't quite take you there and there were no street lights.

no breakfast. the location is similar to generally all the other guest houses in this area of the country including Francistown where there are no sings put up on the road for easy location of the facility.

Their service was very poor, everything is charged as an extra. Ironing is not permitted on rooms.

We got to the facility late in the evening for our check-in. Waited at the get for quite some time with no one to attend to us. When we finally entered the facility we were told the place is fully booked (while we had our booking confirmed). We had to drive around in an unfamiliar place (country) looking for an alternative accomodation. In the morning, we received an email alerting us we cancelled our booking. This was a definite inconvenience.
