“OK given remote location”
Rooms impeccably clean. The female staff are incredible, I'm no so sure about the male staff in the restaurant, the women were busy serving and clearing while the men chatted and looked at their phones. Intan was delightful 😊

Aöl the staff were very helpfull and always with a smile. Especially Mr. Arga helped us so much finding a travel to go to Banjarmadin. His English is perfect and every hotel can call themself happy to have staff like him. Mr. Tony helped us with creating membership and other concerns.

“Peaceful Stay & Great Service”
Really enjoyed my stay here.😊 The place was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax and get some proper rest. They provided an iron when I asked, which was nice. Even though the weather was really hot 🥵 during my stay, I felt totally comfortable inside the room stayed nice and 🆒.😁 Only thing there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room, and I’m not sure if you can request one. Other than that, everything was great!🤗

“Hotel a bit worn out......needs refurbish.....especially Predidential Suite”
Waited one hour for a la carte meal. Then sent waiter off to check again. He came back and said they didn't have any of what we had ordered.

“Still a nice place to stay, even though there are some aspects need to improve.”
Most of the staff are friendly and willing to help. Nice live music performance on the ground floor which is entertaining while we sat and enjoyed our drinks. Easy to park the car and also easy for using the valet service.
