Everything. Nice and helpful host. They even gave as 2 sets of keys, which is very convenient if you and your companion spend some time not together. Centrally located. Seashore, city center, main street all are 5-10 minutes by foot. It may be a bit away from bus station (if you will arrive by bus), but it is more the problem of bus station, not the property. Quite spacious parking lot. At least apartment with private entrance where we stayed had dedicated parking space. Apartment is located on ground floor, so it was not hot in the apartment, though air temperature was about 30 degrees Celsius. There was kitchenette in our apartment (fridge, small electric stove, microwave oven, tea kettle), so it is possible to prepare light dishes.
