“Lovely vacation with family at Palanga”

We had premium rooms, they were really spaceous and perfect for family of 4. Bed was not very soft, but we prefered it that way. Breakfast was also really good, a lot of options. Hotel is located on main street, I was worried about the noise but it was not a problem for us. It is possible to park next to the hotel, but to access that you have to drive on pedestrians street. And it is difficult to park bigger cars. We luckily found parking space near by.

Very close to the city centre of Palanga. I requested them to change my standard room as it had a very small toilet not suitable for family with kids. The staff were very helpful and did it the very next day. The staff at the reception even helped me to find a good play area for my 3 year old son.

We had a good sized premium room, it was warm and clean We had a warm welcome at reception and throughout our stay. Very impressed by a personal setrvice feeling as the hotel is relatively small. The breakfast was fantastic and the food generally was tasty and well prepared. Well done to the chef and team in the restaurant.

Some long black hairs on pillow sheets and in the bathroom, overall, everything was good.

Location on the main tourism street of Palanga. Room was kind a big and cosy, only my wife did not like the sense/ aroma of cleaning stuff. Breakfast - 100%

Everything was amazing. The room was clean, nice, and spacious. Breakfast was wonderful and the cherry on top was waffles, the best ones i have tasted in my entire life.

In general it was fine. But the room had a bad smell when we checked in and we had to open window. Not sure if the door locks, as it was unlocked in the morning even though I locked it.

We had a great stay at Hansa Hotel. The room was clean, nice, and very warm. The breakfast was really good with lots of tasty options. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. We only stayed one night but would love to come back. Highly recommend!
