Everything was perfect, the hotel staff was warm, friendly, professionnal as was also the staff from the coffee next to the hotel entrance. Excellent service, they were helpful, the location was perfect to visit different locations across the city. I would definitely comeback here for a longer stay during another visit to Lao, the sooner the better

The staff were exceptionally helpful, responsive, and professional in every interaction. Communication was clear, warm, and efficient, and all my requests were handled promptly and attentively. One of the most impressive aspects of my stay was the outstanding assistance with transportation arrangements. The team organised reliable pick-ups and transfers for my travel to both Vietnam and Thailand, making cross-border travel seamless and stress-free. Their support went well beyond what one would normally expect. The hotel is excellently located at the intersection of the main roads in Pakse, making it easy to access transport, restaurants, and key areas of the city. An added bonus is that it is within walking distance of the local traditional market, where you can experience fresh produce, local foods, and authentic daily Lao life just steps from the hotel. The room rates were among the most affordable I experienced throughout my trip, especially considering the quality, comfort, and space provided. Compared to other places I stayed, this hotel offered exceptional value without compromising service or standards. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for reliability, excellent service, prime location, and true value for money. I would gladly stay here again.

Very spacious, comfy room and the bed was super comfortable after a week or so of travelling. Staff were friendly and it was really helpful to have a free airport shuttle to the airport, only a short drive away. Lovely coffee shop right next door and a great restaurant 'Dao Lin' just up the road. ATMs close by, the one advertised as 'on site' is for local bank cards only, so a short walk is needed to access the ones for international visitors.

The breakfast was not included - although I thought it was. The adjoining coffee shop (owned by the hotel) was where we were directed for breakfast - which was perfectly fine but not exceptional. The staff in yhe cafe were very helpful. Very little English was spoken by the hotel reception staff - which, again was fine, just a little surprising. Overall, the hotel was perfectly fine. No complaints at all, and good value for money.
