Friendly and helpful service

The staff at the reception was so nice and helped me arranged my tours and was very kind. I liked the location since I like to walk around to checkout the area I am staying. This had everything within walking distance.

Very nice colonial style building with a pool and close to spectacular market of Pakse. Use the Xhang SM app to ask for a taxi. Breakfast European lack a bit of choice.

this place is such a wonderful retreat after long travels. after being on the move for 2 months le jardin was an absolute haven, and we barely left the poolside for 2 days. the hotel’s garden is full of trees and birds and it really feels removed from the city, which is just what we needed the distance from pakse main town isn’t an issue at all if you’re planning on just having a relaxing stay here- there’s a few different food options nearby (we enjoyed takeaway from ‘nem khrao’ on 2 nights of our stay, very affordable and great because we were able to eat it back at the lovely hotel) the breakfast was absolutely wonderful, very filling and a nice mixture of fresh and cooked things. a very spacious room too, huge and very comfy bed and nice balcony seating area outside the room too the staff were so friendly and kind too. thanks to all for making this such a wonderful place to stay

The place is an old building with some charm. The staff has been very welcoming and responsive. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to downtown for dinner.

Everything is amazing

Lovely traditional style hotel set in a peaceful garden. Lovely landscaping. There is a small clean pool which is perfect for the size of hotel. The rooms are big as is the bathroom. The bed is comfortable and the water hot. Aircon and a fan. WiFi available in the rooms. It's a bit slow but fine. Breakfast is good with a choice of eggs. The owner is amazing and the powerhouse of the place. He can arrange anything - tours, tickets and does it so effortlessly. As other reviewers have said the hotel is a little out of town, but there is a shuttle which takes you in at 7pm and brings you back at 9pm. Other times you can take a tuk tuk. There is a super little supermarket on the corner of the main road.

“A lovely family run hotel where all your needs are taken care of”

This place is an example of how you run a successful hotel! The owner is very friendly and helpful, and a real presence, who pays attention to the details. We've stayed in a lot of places where after check in, you never see the hosts again! The decor in the rooms are lovely and the rooms are a good size, our bed was huge! with water replenished daily, as well as bins emptied and fresh towels provided. The pool, whilst small, has mattresses for the sun loungers, and pool towels available and is a nice area to relax. The breakfast on the terrace was lovely with lots of options. The owner provides a free shuttle bus service into the centre of Pakse in the evening, dropping people off at restaurants for dinner and returning to collect everyone a couple of hours later.

Everything is very nice and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location is good. The hotel offers free shuttle bus to/from centre every night. Pool area is very nice. Outdoor breakfast area likewise. Great value for money!

“Great hotel but not in the centre”

Spacious room on ground floor next to the swimming pool with a shaded terrace. Good breakfast each morning at the terrace & very helpful staff. Minibus dropped me at the Hotel Pakse which has a great rooftop restaurant - suggest going to town early & catching the minibus back as taxis are not always available

Located some 10 minutes walk from the buses to Siem Reap, Cambodia (tuc tuc if you got large bags), in quiter area not next to a big road or semething. ATMs, supermarkets, restaurants are found only a few minutes walk from Le Jardin.

The lady of the house and her staff are extremely friendly and very helpfull!

The hotel was beautifully decorated and had a lovely character. Breakfast was pleasant and the pool was lovely.
