“Feel local. Simple but clean and nice. Best price for money”
It's a clean and nice apartment, next to shopping malls and restaurants. It's located inside an apartment compound. So you really feel local. There is no reception but the contact to the owner was very fast and extremely supportive.

The noise in the night was loud from the central aircondition machine from the 1st floor. It is located at 3rd floor and the soundproof was not there.

“Excellent stay that I will never forget”
I like everything about the place. I stayed here for 12 nights with main purpose of watching badminton at Impact Arena. The distance between the condo and stadium is really close (about 10-15 minutes of walk). The neighborhood was safe so I have no problem walking to and back from the stadium in case I couldn't grab a taxi. I especially liked the shops and self laundry at the ground floor of the building. Really suitable place if you want to blend in with the local. Really easy to grab a taxi and order food as well (I use Grab all the time). For those coming from overseas like me, please note that this condo is located in Nonthaburi and not Bangkok. To go to Bangkok, I had to take either a taxi (around 40 minutes to 1 hour according to the traffic) or the BTS skytrain for about 30 minutes (also need to take taxi to the closest station).
