What was not to like, it's the perfect location for the beach, the hosts are super friendly, rooms and gardens spotlessly clean. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend

“Nice B&B near the amazing beach”
It's more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel, and definitely not a three-star hotel. Its owners are committed to sustainability, so you won't find bottled water, shampoo, or air conditioning here. It's located near a beautiful beach and the center of Paje. The garden is beautiful. The staff is very helpful, especially Sadat. You can get beer and Tanzanian wine for a reasonable price. The rooms are spacious, with basic amenities.

Good breakfast, all was nicely prepared with care and the best fresh bread full of flavour. The location is just a very short walk to the beach. Bed and pillow also good

“Villa Kiota, a wonderful place”
The thing we liked the most was the gentleness and care of the hosts: Elkse and Saddam They were really kind ! The staff was also super friendly and helpful We also liked that we were minutes walk from the ocean and minutes walk from the village. We liked the people, they were great story tellers !

Good breakfast every day ,clean rooms and very kind staf.We had a flight late in the evening and this kind people take care about aur lagguge such at we could use our last day for fun on the beach also.Good located place just 100 metar from the beach and bars . Absolutely good value for the money !

I enjoyed my stay in Villa Kiota. It's a 2 minutes walk from the beach, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good and the staff was absolutely kind and helpful! I would definitely go back!

The staff is superfriendly. The breakfast is delicious. We received the breakfast at 6.30 in the morning instead of usual 7.30 because oir schedule in this day. The place in close to the beach -20 meters from the beach.
