Everything about it is great! The pool, the bed, the bathroom, the sofas, the breakfast, the attention of the personnel, etc. They even have a mini gym that is good enough to work out while you’re staying there.

It is another level of hotel, besides the ones you are used to. More quiet, local, food much more better than the average hotel. Felt very good through the stay.

Literally everything was perfect, the location is amazing just a few minutes walk from the main strip and around a five minute walk from the beach. There is also a back entrance to the beach which makes getting there even more convenient. The hotel itself is phenomenal, the rooms are so huge which made the ideal staying there for a week. With again huge bathrooms the showers are super powerful and always hot and there’s a lovely sofa area in the room to lounge during the day. You also have private access to a large balcony space with a sofa and table outside. The pool is a perfect size and was a lovely temperature throughout the day and there’s also an amazing jungle gym, little library area with books and games and a lovely communal restaurant/dining area. The breakfast was possibly the best I’ve ever had at a hotel really lovely options and the fact you can select tea every morning means you’re adequately viewed for the day. Also, the hotel was maintained an incredibly clean the whole time which made the stay even better, especially considering how close it is to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at the Garden Boutique Hotel! The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the beach, and the atmosphere in the hotel is warm and welcoming, we met some really lovely people during our time here. A special mention goes to Messi and his wonderful team, who went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay possible. Messi organised several tours for us, all of which were excellent. The highlight was the stand-up paddle tour through the mangrove: highly recommended!

A little paradise tucked away in the heart of Paje. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was fresh and delicious and the whole place had such a calm, welcoming atmosphere. What truly made our stay special was the team. Huge thank you to Charlie, Shakila and Doni.

An absolutely amazing place with a great vibe, nice rooms, delicious breakfast and the sweetest staff. Definitely a place I would love to return to.

“My new favourite hotel in Zanzibar!”

The place is amazing - staff, location, facilities, food! I’ve stayed in many hotels in Paje (and Zanzibar) and the Garden is my new favourite! Rooms are so big, the gated area is safe, private and quiet. Staff is so super friendly and fun! Breakfast is amazingly good and I so enjoyed the silence!

The location is good, really close to the beach and shops/main street. The staff was nice and they prepared a good breakfast. The room was clean, and the pool was as well.

“Small oasis”

I loved my stay at The Garden, it’s a little oasis in Paje. The staff is super friendly and available, the best breakfast I had during all my vacation, clean, quiet, and just 5 minutes from the beach, in a peaceful area. I would gladly return and I recommend it to everyone
