I had the pleasure of staying at Mr. Kahawa in Paje, Zanzibar, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The hotel is perfectly located right on the beach, offering breathtaking ocean views from my room. The moment I walked in, I was blown away by the spacious, stylish design of the loft, with large windows that let in natural light and provide an incredible view of the ocean. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and super comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, and I loved having a private balcony where I could sit and watch the sunset. The location of the hotel is absolutely ideal. The sound of the waves from my room was incredibly soothing, and it made my stay feel like a true beachside retreat. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. They were always ready to help, and their hospitality made me feel welcome throughout.

Good location, loved the view from restaurant to the beach, nice pool area. Food was ok, but it was 50:50, sometimes very tasty, sometimes plain and not good. Waiters very friendly, but service very slow.

“Beautiful place in Paje”
One of the better places in Paje area – really nice, beautiful lush premises and perfect location right on the beach. Breakfast and food in the restaurant was always really tasty; the Garden Suite was clean, roomy and had a very good bed. The restaurant is buzzing with people during the day, perfect for people who enjoy a vibrant surrounding. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

We spent a week here with our family, and it was a truly wonderful experience. Mr. Kahawa has an amazing vibe and a beautiful café right on the beach, where you can sit in the shade of a large spreading tree and simply relax. The team is fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Good Wi-Fi, delicious food, breathtaking sunrises… what more could you ask for from a holiday? We will definitely come back.
