“Must visit place!”

We stayed with the family for 4 nights at Sea view Loft and it exceeded our expectations! Swahili styled spacious loft is gorgeous. Beds are wide and comfortable, all have mosquito nets. The loft does not have air conditioning but we didn't suffer during nights with +25. We experienced a calm and relaxing rainy season, the restaurant wasn’t crowded, and the pool and sunbeds were available all day. Breakfast was delicious! Our family spent many hours just chilling on the sofa in the loft! About mosquitos - in the end of April it wasn’t a huge problem. Some days we didn’t notice them at all, and other days there were some. We used repellents. The Indian ocean turquoise water won our hearts! We will never forget that lovely view. One day we took a taxi to visit Mtembe beach. The taxi was organized by Mr.Kahawa receptionist. Do not forget to ask your taxi driver to make a stop near the 300 hundred old Baobab tree! Staff was so kind and friendly that they allowed us to check out late at 12:00am on 1 of May. On that date they closed the hotel for a month and did not have new visitors. We were lucky to get this opportunity to have some rest before going to the airport. For our kids this nap was essential. We appreciate that!!! Highly recommend to take a Sea view loft or garden view loft. They are amazing!!! Special thanks for the cleaning lady, who made our loft floor nice and clean every day!

High quality, healthy food in restaurant where you can spend whole day. Access to the beach from lofts and quiet place on the back. Comfortable, big pool. Kite center in the same spot not colliding with rest of the place. Cordial and helpful restaurant personnel. Events with live music.

We stayed at the loft above the kite shop with our own seaview terrace. The room/ loft was spacious and clean. Be aware: the toilet has no door. Ancilliary to the hotel is the accompanying restaurant / cafe Mr. Kahawa which is simply great. Great staff, picture perfect location on a beautiful beach with turquoise water. Catch a spot beneath the almond tree and let the day pass by. It’s an amazing location. Behind the hotel you can find small shops, supermarkets (westernized) and on the main road you can catch the feeling of how the locals live. There are ATMs at the main road as well.

The room was spectacular with a open view of the sea. I loved the decorum and overall aesthetic of the room. The beautiful blue ocean is right below. It's honestly one of the most beautiful rooms I've ever stayed in anywhere.

Great room with very stylish and traditional design. The staff was mostly very helpful and supportive. The food and drinks were amazing! Some good vegetarian options too. Also great pool and location. Beautiful views. Oh and also amazing massage!

Everything - This place is amazing from top to bottom. The kindest and most helpfull staff, especially Mull from the reception. He had the most wonderfull energy. The loft 1 is perfect and such a comfortable place to stay. Breakfast is good and coffee is amazing.

Very nicely furnished loft with amazing sea views. The loft is very spacious and can accommodate 4 people. Definitely the best place in Paje for vacation! Located right above the cafe / restaurant where a lot of cool people and kite surfers meet.

This is the absolut best place in Paje. The rooms are incredible, beautiful and everything you need. Its like a little swahili fairytale. The food is some of the best on the island and the staff are always so friendly, smiling and doing everything for all the guest to make the stay excellent. Kahawa is a must stay when you visit Zanzibar. It is a slice of heaven. Thank you and especially to all staff.
