“A stunningly beautiful place, with helpful, friendly staff.”

My daughter and I had such a wonderful week at the Jaribu Beach Hotel! I still miss it! The staff were lovely - always friendly and helpful, and ready with advice or assistance. Our room was comfortable, cool and quiet, and the place is beautiful, with an infinity pool overlooking the beach and ocean. Watching the sunrise over the sea before tucking into an amazing breakfast was a great start to the day, and swimming in the colour-changing pool by moonlight was a magical way to end it. It's possible to walk along the beach to Paje or Jambiani, or just to a nearby beach bar or restaurant, and for longer trips there are tuktuks or taxis. I would highly recommend this hotel, and would love to go back.

Location right at the beach, calm relaxed and very private. Not crowded good walkable to the nearby beach towns. The way to jambiani is also accessible at night ( Paje not )

Super nice staff, the owner helps with booking tours and planning. The rooms are nice little houses. Breakfast is also super nice and with a lot of fresh fruits. We had a great time!

“Just Paradise!”

The accommodation was superb. We stayed in a detached thatched bungalow which had aircon, tea and coffee making facilities and was super comfortable, only feet away from the beach. The pool was lovely and kept very clean. The included breakfast was amazing with fresh fruit, choice of eggs (we had Spanish omelette - delicious!), pancakes with homemade passion fruit jam and chocolate sauce plus occasion extras such as muesli with yoghurt. Other meals were also superb (eg seafood lasagne, pizza) and reasonably priced. The staff were all really helpful - thank you to Mahmood, Kasim, Anthony and everyone who looked after us so well. The ladies who cleaned the rooms made up the towels beautifully (swans/hearts/teddy bears). Thank you to Rachel and the whole team.

Beautiful location right on the beach, nice pool overlooking the indian ocean. Lovely temperature in pool. Friendly owners, breakfast was superb. Would not hesitate to book again. A bit out of the hustle and bustle of Paje town but then I think it allows for a good peaceful nights sleep.

Pool was great and fabulous owe of the ocean. It was clean. The team were very accommodating and went out of their way to meet our requirements. The staff were friendly. Bed was comfortable. Dining was comfortable and breakfast was fabulous. The site was pretty with shaded and sunny areas.

“Nice discover in the south of Zanzibar”

Great staff and care. In the middle of Paje and Jambiani perfect for who has a car and wants to stay outside the crowded areas and actually enjoy Zanzibar.

The cabins are super cozy, the food is delicious, the pool and beach are super quiet and have great views The best of all is the bar staff, who make you feel at home and always have a smile. Thanks to the guys: Jackson, Kasi, Antony and Mamoud!!!

We had a fantastic time at Jaribo Beach Hotel! The accommodation is beautiful, located close to the beach, with a swimming pool and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff made our stay truly special. Especially the guys behind the bar, who were super friendly, enthusiastic, and made us smile every day. The cleaning ladies, the security staff, and the gardener were all very kind and helpful. The food was really delicious, especially the dishes prepared by the female chef. Everything felt warm, homely, and welcoming. Highly recommended!

“Calm and peaceful vibes”

We had a wonderful, peaceful few days at this hotel. Our lovely bungalow was the closest to the beach, and we enjoyed watching the sunrise from our bed. The staff are excellent. Helpful and friendly. This part of Zanzibar is quieter than in the north, but there are plenty of options for bars and restaurants along the beach. Having said that, the food at the hotel is very good. All in all, highly recommended!

If you want a taste of paradise, then this is the place to go! From the warm welcome, to the beautiful surroundings, to the pool, to the beach bed-swings, the beautiful sunrises, delicious food and amazing hosts! It’s the place to go! I honestly, don’t have a bad word to say about this place! Rachel was so so helpful, with booking trips and making recommendations, booking taxis & Tuk-Tuks & just super friendly! Thank you for such a great holiday!
