I loved the customer service. The hostesses were amazing always caring about our needs. Loved the spa (Turco and sauna) and the massages were great too

Staff is extremely kind, and you really feel cared for. Staff wise the experience is elite.the rooms are clean. buffet breakfast, location is good and the hotel seems very well organized logistics wise.

Breakfast was really good, buffet style. Plus the massage service in the spa was excellent.

“Lovely place but unresolved wifi issue prevented a 10/10”
There's a lot to like about this place. Nice big room, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, and most of all quiet (except for a phone notification going off in reception all the time)

“I had a wonderful relaxed and quiet stay !”
Very close to downtown , excellent staff ( welcome with coffee or tea), trying to make sure everything is ok and the customer is happy, great breakfast ( finally cereals with yoghurt 👍), sauna and steam bath ( which I didn’t used, went to the fsbulous public thermales instead, recommended by the hotel , so thank you for everything!! On top they gave me a free upgrade. Amazing!
