Best host ever, very calm and quite location

“Rustic rural charm”

Arpar your host does everything she can to make sure your stay is comfortable. On the first day she drove me all over Pai to find a scooter to rent. I had a massage from a lady she called in, it was very good. If you want to stay far from the hustle & bustle of Pai in a very chilled place, then don’t hesitate.

Wow, where do I begin! My stay at Tulip Resort was amazing. The accommodation is beautiful and offers privacy from others. It was always spotless, and the bedding and mattress was the softest and most comfortable I've had in my whole 3 months in thailand. One of my biggest highlights was meeting Arpar, the wonderful lady who owns and single handedly runs the small resort. She is a beautiful person who goes above and beyond to ensure you have the most comfortable stay. Please do not take any notice of the previous negative review, I was staying at the resort at the same time as those guests and they were very rude, entitled and unkind to Arpar and the negavtive comments they have made couldn't be further from the truth. While I was staying here I was recovering from a severe stomach infection and Arpar was so invaluable to my recovery, she made me plain food I could digest, checked in that I was okay and even went above and beyond to help me sort a package that was being shipped from abroad and needed redirecting. The location is about a 8 minute motorbike drive from town so do sort scooters before arriving ideally - what's nice about the location is its so peaceful, lots of bird song, nature and a much more of a local feel, whilst still being in good proximity to town. The views of the hills around here are beautiful. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay with the kindest host and beautiful aesthetic cabins, then I cannot recommend here enough! You won't regret it and you will be supporting a small business run by the most genuine of people. I will miss her dearly! As ever, be kind and open hearted and you will receive the same in return! <3

A peaceful hidden gem with heart I had a wonderful stay here and can honestly say this place is something special. The bungalows are beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and surrounded by nature, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect if you want to slow down and disconnect. The terrace is cozy and private, ideal for relaxing, reading, or simply enjoying the surroundings. Everything felt clean, well cared for, and intentionally arranged with love and attention to detail. The host truly cares about her guests and the property. She is warm, kind, and genuinely attentive, always making sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable. You can feel that this place is run with heart, not just as a business. If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful stay away from crowds, noise, and mass tourism, this is the perfect spot. It’s a great choice for travelers who appreciate nature, simplicity, and personal hospitality rather than a big resort experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a calm, authentic, and charming place to relax.

Authentic Thai rooms and surroundings. Wonderful, kind host who worked really hard to make us happy! Difficulty to get a taxi to and from so recommend a scooter or car. Beautiful gardens, sounds of nature and free coffee.

“A dreamy, peaceful bungalows”

Beautiful and peaceful bungalows in the middle of the nature of Pai. The owner - Alper, was such an amazing person. She helped us when my husband had a food poisoning, was there for anything we needed. It’s a short drive from the centre, but it’s worth it. It’s quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend if you’re coming to Pai - to sleep outside of the center and enjoy the beautiful nature of the area.

Wonderful place to stay, just outside of Pai. Host is the nicest person you will ever meet. Great bungalows.

“Tulip Resort Pai - A MUST-DO when you are in that area....”

My stay in Tulip Resort Pai was really exceptional - what a wonderful stay in such a lovely house. If you ever hear of this residence or read this review you have to do that experience - I only can highly recommend it to you. I only had one night booked as part of travelling the Mae Han Song loop with the motorbike. Unfortuntaley, I had to leave the next day - but only after getting the best breakfast I had in Northern Thailand served by Arpar, who is an increadible host. She takes care of everything and is always aroung to assist or help. Whenever I will come back to North of Thailand again, I will for sure stay in this lovely place again.

“Best stay we've had in Thailand!”

Location is tucked away outside of town surrounded by beautiful views and farmland. It's a lovely, natural homestay with 3 bungalows. The bungalows are spacious, clean and very comfortable with multiple places to relax. We wish we could have stayed longer! Arper is so generous and kind. She treated us like her own family and took great care of us. She organised a bbq together and even took time to teach us how to make sweet, spicy sauce. We love you Arper! Thankyou so much!

What a memorable stay at the tulip resort. Arpa the host made sure we had a very pleasant stay and helped us with arranging a scooter right away, (which is essential we think to explore the surroundings and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere at home). We had a bungalow which had a lovely view to the rice fields from our balcony. The bungalow was decorated with little details we really liked and even had a mini fridge. We slept very well in the bed, the sheets are really nice and smell divine. We took Arpas breakfast offer and really enjoyed her thai omelette, the granola and her coffee/tea. We will be back again Thank you Arpa for this beautiful time.

“Amazing stay with a remarkable host.”

It was a lovely quaint bungalow tucked away a short ride from the town centre. Huge thanks to Apar she was such a lovely person and I would come back just to see her again.

We’ve never been so well received. The breakfast were excellent, the bungalow beautiful and the host incredible. The location is perfect for some calm away from the city but still close enough for comfort.

Fantastic host who absolutely made our stay. She could not do enough for us and helped us hire a bike, order food on the first night when we arrived late and accommodated us when we requested to stay another night. Great coffee in the mornings and the offer of breakfast. A nice little outdoor balcony with a cosy seating area made our evenings and mornings, and the rooms were spacious with comfy beds and a great eco design.
