The owner upgraded ua on the first night for free. The facilities of the reaort are very comofrotable, the yoga studio, scooter rental, coffee place, and the total enviorment.

Excellent location, peaceful and quiet. Easy walk into Pai. Good size room we had a kitchenette but did not use as food in Pai is so good. Very new and clean fridge if you did want to bring food back and also kept water cold. Bedding and towels clean

“Not as good as it looks”

The location is beautiful, short walking distance from pai walking street.

We stayed for two nights at the Shaya Hotel. We were four people and had one twin room and one double room. However, the double room was unacceptable. It had a tiny bathroom where you would practically be standing on the toilet while showering. The bathroom was so small that there wasn’t even space for a sink, which is why it was placed in the room. Brown water came out of the shower, and the entire bathroom smelled like sewage. The toilet water was also brown and looked as if someone had already used it. The bed was terrible as well – it was impossible to sleep on it. Because the huts were so run-down, animals also came into the room. The twin room was somewhat better. At least it had an air conditioner, although it dripped constantly, leaving the floor permanently wet. Thanks to our own shower filter, the water was no longer brown. However, the showerhead was so damaged that the water sprayed in all directions, leaving the bathroom soaking wet at all times. Since the toilet was right next to the shower, it was basically unusable after showering. Slugs were also a daily occurrence. Overall, the pictures on Booking did not match reality at all. The pool was also a total disappointment – tiny and filled with dirty water. From our perspective, definitely not recommended.

The room was warmer than outside. If that doesn’t say nearly everything I don’t know what does. The pool advertised is not what it looks like. The pool should not even be classed as a pool it is more like bath size
