Good stay with a great location We had a good stay at Sabayaa Pai. The location is great and makes it easy to explore Pai and the surrounding area. The bed was comfortable, which made for a pleasant and restful stay overall.

Lovely host and the rooms were very spacious and clean. Yes it is a bit dated but it’s ideal and quiet. It’s also in the centre which is great.

“Good location, and very clean, but the room was very damp”

Great location, clean room, nice staff. The only thing I didn’t like was how the room felt damp due to the shower not having proper ventilation. Essentially the steam was released into the room, making it very damp. The clothes would not dry at all!

The host was very helpful before I arrive to the hostel. Clean, friendly staff, excellent location, it was not too noisy even the hostel is in the middle of the walking street.

the room is of a good size with 2 beds spaced out, a table and chairs and there is area outside to sit, the location is really great here its directly on the walking street so it is great place to stay location wise.

Amazing location, right on walking street but still quiet when we wanted to sleep. Wonderful hosts, every day new toilet paper and water. Loved the balcony sitting area. Kettle available as well. Wifi was strong. Bathroom clean, and bed was comfortable. Highly recommend!

A calm and pleasant home on 3 floors. I got the chance to have my room on the 3rd one, with a pleasant view on the town and mountains. A good place to stay for escaped from the tourists carnival in that one upon a time a great village, now becoming a stupid business city where everyone seems to appreciate to do the same occupations than others !

My partner and I stayed here on our backpacking trip, we absolutely loved it, the location was right on the walking street and we had many food and shopping options. The staff were very helpful, having the option to daily room freshens or not depending on your choice, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, 10/10 would stay again

The location was very handy to everything we did like that and if we could have rented scooters they had a place to park them. But it was very busy and no scooters available the couple of times we tried to rent also have earplugs a little noisy in am

The location is great, 1min from walking street and bus station. Owner was very friendly when we arrived and the room was clean. There is a small terrace in front of the room where u can sit and smoke. Nice view from our room onto the mountains.
