I love the view of the mountains and the Pai River from my cottage. The location is very peaceful and quiet, despite being in the heart of the night market.

“Amazing oasis”

This place is great! I stayed 6 nights and basically had the whole resort to myself. I don’t understand why it’s not more popular (granted it was low season). The pool area with a view of the river is amazing - I didn’t want to go anywhere else - this is the best view in Pai. It’s in a great location on walking street but it’s a quiet oasis during the day. In the evening you can hear some music from the bars but it didn’t bother me and stopped at midnight which is when I usually go to sleep anyway.

“Little oasis in the center”

Bungallow placed in the middle of green lush garden, gave us private feeling, small seating area, large parking place, nice swimming pool, unfortunatelly did´t use it for rainy weather, close to the walking street but music ended ariund midnight, so no distrurbing noise

Situated on Walking Street and river. Nice pool and gardens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Internet was a bit slow and they reset it for us.

“Perfect location in Pai”

First visit to Pau and ut was wonderful. The location is fantastic right on the river with peaceful garden and pool area. It is on walking street with lots of nice bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Room was clean and spacious.

This hotel is set right in the heart of the town, overlooking the river. The setting is breathtaking and the little bungalows are comfortable. Once you step outside you are into the hustle and bustle of the walking street with all its food stalls, restaurants and crafts. It is surprisingly difficult to find authentic local food apart from the street vendors and everything is very geared towards western tourism. The pool st the hotel is a lovely infinity pool with views over the river and countryside and the atmosphere is very tranquil. The staff are not the friendliest and they wouldn’t allow our daughter and her boyfriend to join us for a swim even though we offered to pay and there was no-one else using the pool at the time. However they seemed to turn a blind eye to guests smoking weed by the pool , despite signs forbidding it. Overall, this is a beautiful place and little oasis from the lively town.

“Best place in Pai”

Beautiful Bangalow with big balcony and river frontage. Massive bathroom, super clean and old school classy design.

The property was great however it’s right across the loudest bar in town which had live music until 12am. If you are early sleeper, definitely bring earplugs as you can hear the music in the rooms.

The staff was amazing. We had to leave before breakfast was served and the receptionist was so kind to provide us with some yogurt and fruit to go

Nice garden and great location at the river.

Beautiful little bungalows right at the entry to walking street so perfect for exploring Pai. The beds were pretty comfortable although small for two. The staff were so friendly and helpful, check in and check out was easy and the room cleaning was great. The pool is small but cute and pleasant. The noise from the bars didn't bother us, yes you can hear it but it's not loud.

Free upgrade to riverside room. . . yesssssss !!!

Quiet, really accessible for the town, lovely to have your own hut, room was big, lovely view out onto the river. Good parking space.
