Wonderful environment, just the property is by the main road, you can’t avoid hearing vehicles passing by. The host is full of energy and helpful. The staffs are friendly and polite. The location is a bit outskirts of town but the neighborhood is cozy and charming. It’s not very eco friendly but it’s necessary to leave the AC on when leaving the room during the daytime.

If you're looking for a quiet and peaceful place that isn’t necessarily close to the center, this is the perfect spot, with a wonderful staff.

A huge thank you to Vanda and her two wonderful staff members! They are so lovely, enthusiastic, and truly kind-hearted. Even though we are a bit shy and aren’t the best with words, we deeply felt your warmth and care. The garden is absolutely beautiful—waking up to birdsong and falling asleep to the sound of frogs felt like a true return to nature!

This place is amazing. I could tell by the photos that I would love it but what I wasn't expecting was just how lovely and helpful the host is. Vanda is a rare human with a beautiful sunny presence and always happy to help with anything. Her place is a reflection of her. Its bright, beautiful, very comfortable and peaceful too. I loved my stay and will be back to see Vanda and her beautiful Pura Vida.

“Best stay during our trip”

Great location outside of Pai, which can be very busy. Still close enough to all attractions. The reason this is the best place during our trip is the charming owner and host. She set us up with scooters, tips on where to eat and what to do. So helpful! The rooms are comfy, clean and have all you need.

Our stay at Pura Vida was special. The rooms are very cosy and comfortable, it is in a brilliant location, peaceful and relaxing but near to some lovely cafe’s and activities, which we could get to easily with a scooter we hired from Pura Vida. The breakfast included was balanced and delicious and the whole place is decorated with so much happy colour and fun! Vanda who runs the show was nothing short of marvellous. Very helpful, funny, sweet and generous. She has such a brilliant energy and will uplift your day if not your life!! If you would like to find some sabai sabai energy in Pai then look no further. Thank you Vanda for everything!

“Calming peaceful resort, welcoming owner and nice breakfast”

The owner was lovely. She provided us with a printed map we were able to keep to find local restaurants and hot spots. She remembered our names and checked in each day at breakfast. Resort is peaceful, calming and clean. Beautiful fish in water.

My stay at Pura Vida Hotel was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and peaceful, offering a perfect retreat. The owner radiates such positive energy and was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere was truly relaxing. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Pai!

“Happy, calm and quiet stay just near Pai”

Pura Vida is a little piece of paradise just outside of Pai. Vanda, the owner, made us feel like family from the moment we arrived even going so far as to let us hire one of her cars for a couple of days. The breakfast is included and comes with delicious tropical fruits, and a choice of omelette , French toast, or cereal. We loved the quiet surroundings, the mountain air, and the friendliness of our hosts. Highly recommended!

It is a lovely and charming place, small clean houses surrounded by the nature.The host, Vanda, is super nice. She helped us with all the stuff we needed: scooters, laundry etc. The breakfast was also very good.
