“Pleasant stay for a couple of nights”

Super friendly staff that were very accommodative of my arrival time. They had lots of recommendations for Pai. Well-located just outside of town; easily accessible on scooter. The room was comfortable – loved the view!

I had a great stay at Yard Guesthouse and honestly don’t understand some of the negative reviews. The owner is a genuinely kind and welcoming guy who really cares about his guests and the place. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease. The atmosphere is relaxed and social, perfect for Pai. It’s a great place to meet people, but also easy to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. I personally had an amazing time here and would absolutely stay again. Don’t let a few bad reviews scare you off — my experience was very positive and I’m glad I stayed here.

I just had the most enjoyable night here in pai yard . Owner very friendly and informative , great for chatting . Slept like a baby on the very comfy bed listening to the sounds of nature . Truly magical

Nothing much to complain about. The room was big and clean, good beds, very cosy location and nice seating area outside. It is a bit out of town but that makes it quiet. All good!

We loved it so much, we decided to stay an extra night. Easy to walk into town. Clean, comfy rooms. Two nice chill out areas with hammocks. And Stephen the owner was super nice and friendly. Communication was great and his recommendations were all fantastic.

I had a really great stay here. The location is perfect — close to everything but still quiet enough to relax. The room was cozy, clean, and had everything I needed. Stephen was incredibly helpful and genuinely kind, always making sure I felt comfortable and answering any questions. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location was a bit away from the city and quiet. It was bit more closer to nature.

The price and quality ratio was quite good! And the huts were very cozy and had a nice vibe. It was very peaceful to sleep between all the sounds of nature. The hut itself was quite clean and had a comfortable bed. Also the owner was very chill and helpfull!

The reason I give such a good review is the authenticity and generosity of Stephen sharing information on Pai, scooters and local knowledge with food and everything I was interested in. I have also had a very cosy bed and room with aircon and bathroom that is totally adequate and comfortable in every way I needed. I have a deck which I love to sit on and plan my day in the peace of trees birds and surrounding life ❤️ There are spaces to be on your own and a shared kitchen and lounge spaces for the rainy periods or socialise. The top of the line pool table stares at me daring me to play 😊 Situated perfectly for me up on the hill a short walk from town. Scooter needed to make the most of surrounding mountains. Stephen is available or easily contacted and focused on your comfortable stay, need to extend stay or general problem solving. Yardy, Steve's puppy is also a delight and is a loved member of staff . Very good experience and value for money spent. Thanks Stephen I have really loved Pai and would definitely love to come back and stay here.
