“Quiet but central location, friendly hosts”

Excellent location in a quiet area, easy walking distance over a bamboo foot bridge to the bottom of walking street. Hosts were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and a good start to the day. Individual stilt bungalows with a small private decking were perfect and well equipped including insect screens on the windows and doors. We extended our stay directly with the host.

Individual concrete block cabins that were well maintained in a garden like setting. A quiet location on the other side of the river but an easy walk to the main tourist streets of Pai. Friendly staff and a simple but enjoyable breakfast.

We originally booked for 4 nights and we ended extending our stay for an extra 7 nights. It has everything you need, great location within walking distance from the main strip and restaurants but also far enough from all the noise and chaos of the town. If you’re looking for some quietness, then look no further. Not to mention the kindness of the staff and the vibe of the place. All perfect!

Perfect location - close enough to the main streets to walk in a few minutes but far away enough for it to be quiet. Lovely breakfast.

Pai modern is an good alternative to stay in Pai. The place is a short walk across the River from the city. The country ambiance is great at a reasonable Price.

Really nice place to stay so close to the main centre of Pai but still feels peaceful and quiet. Breakfast was good and the host was very friendly. The lodges are very nice - a great budget friendly place to stay!

Amazing deal and value for money. We even extended our stay and stayed for 4 nights in total. Got fresh and generous breakfast every morning. Staff was very kind and friendly. Location was perfect, it was super close to the main walking street, yet it was very quiet as it was across the bridge. All in all, totally recommend.

Amazing little huts in a quiet area but within easy walking distance to the centre of Pai. Breakfast was incredible, easily the best of any accommodation of our trip so far. The host was very friendly and polite.

I like everything about the acommodation. The tiny balcony with a hammock is my favourite part. Breakfast with bread, eggs, fruits, coffee and milk. Really close distance to the main street. There is no a/c but the fan can handle the heat since the night weather is cooler than the day. Small fridge inside the room and free water available. Id totally stay there again

“Fantastic budget accommodation”

Fantastic budget accommodation. The breakfast was great, eggs cooked to order with lots of fresh fruit. The location was just over the bamboo bridge which was great fun to walk over and close to walking Street.

Room ac was dripping on the bed. Shower wasn’t really clean and comfortable. Some things were broken. There was a couple yelling and fighting in the middle of the night and I had to wake up the receptionist myself after they didn’t answer the phone. Should pay attention because the place has nice potential

The lady who take care of the guesthouse is really nice, breakfast is well prepared, the room was clean and well equiped despite being small and the garden enjoyable. Very good value for money, we enjoyed our short stay!
