We enjoyed staying in this large A-Frame cottage and appreciated two comfy beds and good-sized fridge, with loads of space for two people. Loved having our own patio with access to the property's terrace restaurant and bar overlooking Pai. Great location just outside of Pai - easy 7 minute walk to downtown Pai, but away from the hustle and noise. Tini and Dewy were fabulous hosts, we would stay here again!

A great location to town, a great size room with a homely feel. The hosts were super nice. You could make a fire at night, loads of space to park vehicles.

It's removed a bit from the town, but still in walking distance.

Tini is the heart and soul of this place, she is always happy to help and to talk with you, we finished extending our stay twice here. Dewi is very shy but a very nice person, I’m happy he had the opportunity to meet her and share our stories. Place is very quiet and very beautiful. It was by far the biggest room I stayed in my 4 months travel. What a lovely place to stay, I definitely recommended it, and wish all the best for the future plans. Keep doing the fire in the cold nights and invite all the guests to participate. Wish you the best! ❤️

“The perfect bungalow stay!”

Amazing place to stay! We had such a lovely, quiet time in our bungalow. The place is peaceful and the check-in and out was so easy. It is a perfect short 10-minute walk to the Main Street of Pai. The bungalow was super lovely, with a very comfy bed.

“Digging the Scene”

Chilled vibes, great coffee, quiet, friendly staff... and a great hammock. Easy 10 min stroll to town.

“I was there for three nights but would've extended to five or six if my budget allowed it.”

There are many things to like about this property. I was in hut 11 for three nights, and everything worked exactly as it should, with plenty of power points and amenities. The room was clean and the floor space was huge. The furniture looked very much like IKEA or IKEA-inspired, affordable but smart and classy. The bed was super comfy and the linen was fresh and warm – which is important for the time of year I was there (mid-December) because Pai can get quite cold in the early mornings. I had one little hiccup where the hot water heater stopped working; the staff were on to it immediately and within an hour or two a brand new water heater had been purchased and installed. I felt this level of prompt service was worth mentioning. There is a common kitchen area outside with coffee (beans, grinder and filter/percolator) and tea, water, biscuits, etc. all for free.

Everything was perfect. Thank you so much Tini for your hospitality and your kindness. I will definitely come back.

Really calm and friendly atmosphere, located close enough to the main town for convenience but just far away enough to have that nature feel. Staff were absolutely lovely and Tini made me feel really comfortable and at home. Stayed for three nights but could have happily stayed longer if I had more time.

Lovely stay at this little resort.Nestled in trees and nature close to river, had a farm like feel. Staff were awesome. Nice wooden cabin with terrace, seating, and a hammock. Air-conditioning worked well but didn't need it much. About 12 minute walk to main area or rent a scooter and only a few minute ride. Originally booked 3 nights ended up extending our stay another week. Would have stayed until we left Pai but the cabin was booked out. Definitely recommend this place as perfectly situated for some time in Pai.

“Home, small bungalow with big heart”

Energy. Was so peaceful, tranquil, calm and restful. Hostess took an absolute perfect care of everything. Was super nice waking up and being greeted with wide smile and great energy. Felt like home. Definitely to come back to!

The staff are very friendly, and Tini, the general manager, pays close attention to every little detail. That's why the cleanliness is also very good. I've stayed in wooden bungalows like this many times, but they weren't cleaned well, so there were many places with cobwebs, dust, and grime, but this place is really clean. The bathroom has good hot water, and the room space is spacious, so you can stay comfortably. Above all, the surrounding natural scenery is amazing. There is also a coffee machine, so you can enjoy a leisurely morning with coffee. They also provide laundry service, so I think there is no better accommodation for long-term cost-effective travelers like here. I will go to this accommodation again next time.

“Great value stay”

This stay was lovely. The room itself was great value for money and it didn't fall down when the earthquake happened! The bed is comfortable and the person running is was very nice and helped with a problem I had.

“Awesome place”

The staff and atmosphere are amazing. The room was big with nice windows and terrace. Area is in beautiful nature and there is some cafés and restaurants close by. Also the walking street is withing walking distance. We walked everywhere but for some people it might be easier to have a scooter.
