Beautiful spot. We loved staying here. Arrived on motorcycles and it was a very welcome end to a day spent coming over the winding road from Chiang Mai. A special place.

I loved the Kalm atmosphere, private space, and really nice lay out. It made for a relaxing place once there. breakfast was nice. It was perfect for a beer and to take in the view or talk.

Location is absolute perfection. Woke up to the sound of calfs eating at the front of my bungalow. Property was so helpful and fun, the woman at the front desk is the absolute best.

Such a peaceful, beautiful accommodation. The host was adorable! A little out of town but I really appreciated that. Definitely recommend!

“The peace of the senses”

Cozy bungalows surrounded by greenery and the countryside of Pai. In the morning you wake up to views of rice fields, cows, and the company of puppy dogs. Good breakfast and a smiling, kind staff. A 10-minute drive/scooter ride from the noisy and lively center of Pai. Of course, it’s not a luxury resort, but if you want to unplug and immerse yourself in nature and tranquility, it’s highly recommended.

The staff was nice. And the beds were confortable.

It is a very nice place to relax, it is very calm and cozy. It is around 10km outside the town, but for me, this was better as Pai is totally flooded with tourists.

Stunning location, views and garden. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. I would 100% stay here again. There's not many places that have their own private hot spring pool on their porch!

Beautiful view to rice fields and perfect termal water plunge. Very hot water🥰 quiet place and breakfast is very good(eggs, sausages, bread, fresh vegetables). But bungalow itself very old (but clean and cozy)

“unreal to have hot springs at your doorstep but overall accom is a bit dated”

great concept with the hot springs pumped directly into your little tub! the view was gorgeous and location is out of main pai but still with restaurants in easy walking distance. a lovely place to relax and go a bit slower. the ac worked well! the staff were lovely but looked very overworked.

Beautiful place out of town. You have a private hot spring water hit tub with the Cows right next to you. relaxing vibes.
